The painted windows are so whimsical, that was a fun fact indeed! The painted fresco is amazing as well. But The best part of this home is the top suite and the panoramic balcony on the top! How beautiful!! Great music throughout this video as well.

Such a beautiful town with a good heritage and those colourful hues. The property itself looks elegant with nicely done interiors. Those painted windows are a wonderful touch. I found the kitchen to be small. The loft and terrace are the icing on the cake. Love the location amidst the greenery and still not too afar from the ocean.

It's an amazing villa in Ruta di Camogli, along the road that leads to Portofino Vetta. Just a 10 minutes walk from my house. Great location with an awesome view on the Golfo Paradiso and the Golfo del Tigullio. It's inside the Portofino's natural park, that is a protected area. A paradise for hickers with more than 50 miles (80 km) of trails. I've seen hundreds of times this villa from the outside, but never inside and it's WOW! Unfortunately I can't afford such a mansion (my house is smaller, but with a nice view too). P.S.: Stephanie how is that when you cross the property's door your flat sandals suddenly become high heels? 😁

The villa is in Ruta di Camogli, along the road that leads to Portofino Vetta, that actually is Camogli, not Portofino. I try to explain. Portofino's peninsula is a 2000 ft high mountain that is a natural protected area among the municipalities of Camogli, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure. So this villa belongs to the City of Camogli, but it's inside the park of Portofino.

Stefanie, thank you for your lovely tour of this beautiful home.👏While you dedicated a great deal of time to the area and the focaccia, the grounds, etc., you devoted very little time and details of the actual villa. The kitchen received very little mention! One of the most important parts of an Italian home. In your tour you made it sound like the Master Suite was on the first floor. Your Lionard listing, however, states that the Master Suite is in the Basement. A little clarity, perhaps? 🙏🏼
You are perfectly right, thank you for pointing that out, I will have my colleagues modify the property description! The first floor is occupied by the master bedroom, on the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and in the basement there is the laundry room and the connection to the dependance - Stefanie

Why such a cheap ironworks, warped pool deck floor and those entrance gates are horrible cheap-looking like for a meet processing factory. 'Nice', thick bars on first floor windows. So requires live-in caretaker 365 days due to security issues. Fantastic views indeed, but where is air-conditioning? Where does the water come from, the city below? How is the water pressure and is it drinkable?
I will do my best to answer you in the most thorough way: The property has a home domotic sistyem wil allarm and the metal bars are there as a precaution, it does not have security issues, it is in a very safe location even though secluded. Everey room is provided with air conditioners and heated floors for the winter months. The water preassure is excellent and the water is drinkable. la villa ha la vista mare non è sul mare! sono due cose molto diverse !!! abito qui e molte persone si aspettano di trovarsi sul mare invece sono nell'entroterra con una vista mozzafiato ma lontani dal mare!
La villa non è sul mare, infatti non è mai stata menzionato niente del genere nel video, ma si trova vicino a camogli cittadina che invece si trova proprio sul mare. - Stefanie
