Jack Canfield it’s a long answer I have to shorten. You know much of the topic already. The human body for most people in cities around the World are not working optimally. The passion people have is also missing. Reviewing natural methods for bodily health has taught me a lot. Dave Asprey, Mike Mutzel, and at least 50 other authors I’ve read from and listened to have helped me see I need to help too. More than this is mindset adjustment. That’s your world and the bio hacking world combined. Jim Kwik has a learning program that points upwards. I need really good training and a plan. Right now I’m taking notes and building formulas. I’m at ground zero. Unless you take into account that I raised myself from certain death a year ago. Cancer, no, my blood could not carry oxygen and I nearly died multiple times. I had to work through this alone and with learning and trial I’m able to hold myself up. This is actually as short an answer as I can give you now.
WOW! This is just what I am needing right now. In 18 months my goal is to be an author on a book tour, but before book is published I want to practice public speaking and holding short workshops. Your information is so clearly presented. Now I feel very confident that I can do this! Thank you so much!

Uh ... about 1:45 minutes into your presentation, you lose my interest completely. You claim that women do not play sports or watch sports or understand sports references? Come on! Take a step into reality for god's sake! Look around you, re-evaluate your view on women and do better. Become a better role model and let go of old tired and erroneous assumptions. You know that assumptions are the mother of all fuckups, right? Omg.
