I don't understand how you can nitroll the first hand and snap call the second. For me it's the exact opposite.
First hand : he's a tagged beluga, he can have T9o or A6o here. Easiest snap ever.
Second hand : green tags don't bluff checkraise turn and I don't see how he's overplaying worse. Also there's 2 pair combos on the board (45s, QTo) unlike the first hand.
