I would absolutely love a tutorial of some of the solo piano gestures you use in the Isabelle Stories session. I'm having trouble figuring some of them out.
Maybe the chord is that thing in classical music where they play the V7 chord with the tonic as pedal note in the bass, before resolving completely to tonic. so B7/E in the Key of E. But its actually in A lol, but you could look at it like the II7 add 4 which normally voiceleads nicely to V7sus to I. Just looking at the right hand it also looks like moving through the F#min6 th diminished scale: F#min6 to Bdim7 (C#7) to F#min (i-V7-i). Or it could be similar to that II-V-i diminished walkup you described earlier, to F#minor this time, so the first chord would be the diminished from Ab7 but missing the 3rd. And then the E in the left had would just be a random diminished note from F#min6 th diminished to create tension. Anyway I love these tutorials and these songs!

Bro!!!! I’ve been a fan of yours for a long time. This was killin man.. I wish everyone did what you just did…
That should be the standard for every tutorial on UA-cam. Very well done!
Thanks for this. Can you please do one for Isabelle?
Amazing - would love more breakdowns like this x
Sweet changes 🤓 love the return to the home key *songwriting win*
The song and intro especially reminds me of "You and I" from Stevie Wonder.

You should leave a time stamp so people know what part you’re talking about… without context it’s a lot more confusing
