@@IVERJUNCTION cheers mate. Yep 100 percent right. I’m not going to cry too much though. I received a Bachmann 37 super deluxe with sound, spinning fan etc over the weekend (Intercity refurb livery). It’s lovely mate. It goes perfectly with the driving brake you recommended (which I bought). Still, you know how it is; I’m dying to get a 66. It’s a beauty.
Thank you mate so pleased that all the proceeds are going to a good cause and I absolutely love the prostate cancer livery another great loco produced by accurascale great new addition to the collection, as always thank you very much for watching and commenting very much appreciated kind regards Danny 😀 😊😃
Hey Dany I got mine this week also. Mind you don't have a decoder so can't run on my layout yet let alone not actually knowing what a ESU decoder is. I hear Accurascale are releasing a decoder already configured up so will wait for that. Great loco and a great charity. Like you I have had a number of family and friends depart due to cancer very recently and I had a close call a few years ago with this particular nasty. But still here and loving the hobby again. Great to see it running thank you.
Hi and thank you very much for watching and commenting very much appreciated ESU stands for electronic solutions ulm, it's a very popular brand which all accurascale decoders are produced by them, I used a esu class 37 decoder which I had a spare one from when I purchased two decoders from accurascale, checked class 66 manual and it's exactly the same as the 37 with same functions and as you can see in the video it works perfectly, will definitely be upgrading it to a esu loksound decoder In the future as I think that will sound mega cool kind regards Danny 😀 😊😃
Danny thank you for that info. Now I know what it stands for still not sure what it does though but will research that. I did contact Accurascale to ask if the decoder I was looking at would do the job and they said yes but they are bringing out a pre-configured 66 decoder soon so I will wait for that being so new to this DCC game. Great video and again thank you for the help.
Thank you Alan i forgot I actually preordered this lol, wasn't going to get a 66 from them until I got an email saying its on its way to my house lol 😅 I'm pleased the proceeds are going to a good charity and I do like the livery its different, as always thank you very much for watching and commenting very much appreciated kind regards Danny 😀 😊😃
Thank you Alan mate yeah I don't think would fit into your era of trains but it certainly is stunning for the modern era and a beast of a loco it is very heavy but yet very quiet and very smooth straight out of the box, as always thank you very much for watching and commenting very much appreciated, hope you keeping well the weather is a bit up and down here, one min really nice ane sunny then the next very dull, this is why I like the winter so I can hermit up in the loft lol 😆 kind regards Danny 😀 😊😃

Lovely mate, We’ll done. Love Accurascale locos. One criticism; they never have enough locos to meet demand.
