Marie Vendran It's almost like a tradition for BAP and Babyz :) If you look back to their very first song/debut song which is Warrior, there is a breakdown where maknae Zelo used a whistle and it's part of the instrumentals too. So not only is the matoki Lightstick held during performances, whistles are used too as a part of the fan chant. They're are specific parts that fans use the whistle when they perform a song. It's pretty unique :)

B.A.P has so much stage presence. I think that with yongguk it would have been even more of an unbelievable performance. They’re the kind of group that stand out no matter what and they keep improving all the time.
Maknae line is shining so much. I mean I'm Zelo biased right from the 2012 beginning and watching him grow from a baby to a man is amazing. But Jongup is incredible right now. He is unreal! Also kudos to their stylist, they look drop dead gorgeous. Skydive fighting!

i have something to say, but I'M NOT SAYING THIS FOR A FANWAR. I am an EXO L since 2012, the debut year of EXO, B.A.P, BTOB, VIXX and many more! That year until early 2014 were the best years for B.A.P AND EXO, for me. I still remember the fights amongst EXO Ls and Babys were so tough. But, I don't think they were fanwars though. I think of it as a healthy competition. It really was. And then 2014 came, and that's like, the most hectic year of these boy bands. EXO with members leaving, B.A.P with their hiatus. EXO is just having a little advantage because they didn't take a hiatus or being inactive for long like B.A.P did, but I understand and respect B.A.P's decision. All I'm trying to say here is that, I miss that moment. I miss to have that feel. When EXO is compared to a group which debuted in the same year as EXO and it was like, watching them growing up. I love B.A.P. These guys are talent. 2012 is the year of talent. Seeing how people today don't compare EXO with B.A.P is kind of saddening to me. I don't know if you get me. But again, I'm not saying this for a fanwar, I'm saying this to show how much I love these boy groups. Back then, I thought it would always be a tradition for EXO Ls and Babys rational arguments. Because we all weren't trashy like nowadays' fanwar I swear. People are getting more and more rude. And I'm here also to say that I will forever root for B.A.P for EXO. I know some people could get your coment as a way to promote EXO, but I feel that it is not your point at all. I do not stan EXO but I can't deny their popularity, work and I like some of their songs very much, and is really sad to see how B.A.P is treated inside Korea today compared to before. I know that the dynamic of fandons is different there and worldwide, but I think at least people could respect B.A.P more. Lawsuit dind't make them less than anyone, I think it requires much courage to fight against companies everywhere, and even more inside Korea when enterteinment companies are a powerfull economy busters. So, in my opinion, BAP doesn't lack in talent, in courage, in anythinhg. They should be more respected for whay they did in kpop with their inovative work, and still doing, as you can see in Noir. But talent can't be denied for so long. Look at btob, they took 4 years to be recognized as the amazing vocals thei are. So I believe BAP will rise again. They were born to do it.

Back then, babyz and Exo L fought about how good their fav group were, not like how army (Some, not all) who keeps mocking B.A.P and saying they copy BTS in the fanwar.. it's disrespectful.. because they should know B.A.P is their fav group sunbae.. after debuting, B.A.P and EXO were like in competition.. They show off their own styles (Both of them totally in different concepts and vibes which nope of groups have it before). like you said, it was healthy and real in music industry while B.A.P and BTS, seems off.. BTS's fans using the popularity to step on the older group.. even the small things they brought up and make such a big deal, like the case of Youngjae's Orange hair.
Reasons I feel *blessed*: Himchan's stare at the beginning! Zelo's dance moves from 1:42 to 1:51! Jongup's solo at 3:07! Daehyun's high ad-lib at 3:28! Youngjae's wink at the closing! So many great things about this performance, Yongguk would be proud!

i have something to say, but I'M NOT SAYING THIS FOR A FANWAR.
I am an EXO L since 2012, the debut year of EXO, B.A.P, BTOB, VIXX and many more! That year until early 2014 were the best years for B.A.P AND EXO, for me. I still remember the fights amongst EXO Ls and Babys were so tough. But, I don't think they were fanwars though. I think of it as a healthy competition. It really was. And then 2014 came, and that's like, the most hectic year of these boy bands. EXO with members leaving, B.A.P with their hiatus. EXO is just having a little advantage because they didn't take a hiatus or being inactive for long like B.A.P did, but I understand and respect B.A.P's decision. All I'm trying to say here is that, I miss that moment. I miss to have that feel. When EXO is compared to a group which debuted in the same year as EXO and it was like, watching them growing up. I love B.A.P. These guys are talent. 2012 is the year of talent. Seeing how people today don't compare EXO with B.A.P is kind of saddening to me. I don't know if you get me. But again, I'm not saying this for a fanwar, I'm saying this to show how much I love these boy groups. Back then, I thought it would always be a tradition for EXO Ls and Babys rational arguments. Because we all weren't trashy like nowadays' fanwar I swear. People are getting more and more rude. And I'm here also to say that I will forever root for B.A.P for EXO. I pray that B.A.P will attend year-end award festivals ( idk if that's what they call it ) and actually win something because these guys deserve this since 2012. They worked really hard. They have no lack in talent. They are Best Absolute Perfect. A special thank you for existing to B.A.P from an EXO L. I know some people could get your coment as a way to promote EXO, but I feel that it is not your point at all. I do not stan EXO but I can't deny their popularity, work and I like some of their songs very much, and is really sad to see how B.A.P is treated inside Korea today compared to before. I know that the dynamic of fandons is different there and worldwide, but I think at least people could respect B.A.P more. Lawsuit dind't make them less than anyone, I think it requires much courage to fight against companies everywhere, and even more inside Korea when enterteinment companies are a powerfull economy busters. So, in my opinion, BAP doesn't lack in talent, in courage, in anythinhg. They should be more respected for whay they did in kpop with their inovative work, and still doing, as you can see in Noir. But talent can't be denied for so long. Look at btob, they took 4 years to be recognized as the amazing vocals thei are. So I believe BAP will rise again. They were born to do it.

It's saddening that nowadays, some fans from different groups would be willing to say anything to attack and invalidate other groups. BAP may not be that recognized in Korea, but abroad they are so incredibly well-loved. I just wish that they receive the attention they deserve at home as well.
BAP and EXO are my favorite 2012 rookies, and both will forever hold special places in my heart.

Back then, babyz and Exo L fought about how good their fav group were, not like how army (Some, not all) who keeps mocking B.A.P and saying they copy BTS in the fanwar.. it's disrespectful.. because they should know B.A.P is their fav group sunbae.. after debuting, B.A.P and EXO were like in competition.. They show off their own styles (Both of them totally in different concepts and vibes which nope of groups have it before). like you said, it was healthy and real in music industry while B.A.P and BTS, seems off.. BTS's fans using the popularity to step on the older group.. even the small things they brought up and make such a big deal, like the case of Youngjae's Orange hair.
Reasons I feel *blessed*: Himchan's stare at the beginning! Zelo's dance moves from 1:42 to 1:51! Jongup's solo at 3:07! Daehyun's high ad-lib at 3:28! Youngjae's wink at the closing! So many great things about this performance, Yongguk would be proud!
This is straight up one of the best performances I've ever seen from any band out there.

wow, Zelo's choreographed parts were so awesome! i forgot how skilled and agile he was when he dances. I don't know why but i really want Zelo and Jungkook to become friends.. they're both the maknae's of their groups and i feel like they could really learn from each other and grow even more, i think they both r very fit and good dancers ~~
