I did the research and guess who was the Primary cause for the Delay of Flight BA289 on that day... None other than the Climate Activist Group Just... Stop... Oil. I am fed up as they caused trouble in the UK, They BLOCKED EMERGENCY VEHICLES Which is CLEARLY Against the Law under the Emergency Workers (Obstruction) Act 2006. They even tried to delay my flight... They were responsible for what happened on the M25 Motorway! I am tired of this nonsense!! Look at British Airways!!! They introduced a Program to Promote Sustainability with ways to help our environment... It's called BA Better World. I apologize if I had to vent about this... But I had to because I had just found out the Reason for the flight being delayed thanks to British News outlets and the Pilot for the flight to Phoenix.
LHR-PHX always was our lifetime favorite, especially in the B747. First time we used World Traveller, but in a 747 it's VERY cramped, so we decided to book WT+, which was worth the money indeed. Sitting in front of the engines, what a great sound when starting it was!! When arriving in PHX we always were exited to let the crew open the door so the hot air from Phonix coud finally enter the plane. What a GREAT feeling!! Unfortunately the Queen of the Air retired at BA, a sad decision. Not as sad as the emotions when flying back to Germany...
Felt good to be flying with the National Flag Carrier of the UK. I was this close to flying American Airlines myself... But... I am hoping for next year. In my time, I flew United, Delta, Air France, KLM, Scandinavian Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Lufthansa, U.S. Airways (2013), Northwest Airlines, and British Airways. Most of the times I flew to Copenhagen and Gothenburg, I flew with British Airways between Phoenix, London, and Copenhagen.

Phoenix is beautiful! I always go there in the summer to see my grandpa! I'm going back this summer!☺☺☺☺
