Thank you so much for the ride along. The city is very beautiful. For the most part, stay out of the charity shops (we call them thrift stores). I have never found a bargain in one of them. The items that I flip and sell are bedroom nightstands and small dressers with no mirrors. I sell the mirror in addition the dresser. Also, I have found that small portable kitchen islands sell very well. Keep them in the flavor of the countryside and people can identify with them. NO MORE AUCTIONS!! Love your videos!!

Wow! You two are constantly on the go... no wonder you both are thin..haha! It really is a whole different gig in your area. Dani and I never have any problem finding furniture pieces in our area for free or good prices. I think we each have at least 10 pieces stored in our garages right now, Earlier this year, we made some good money selling furniture for a couple of friends who moved out of state and also for a friend who passed away. But it was a ton of heavy lifting and we just had furniture everywhere for a couple of months. A bit too much work and not enough fun. Congrats on almost getting to the 5K profit. Yeah it’s very expensive here, that’s why we always look for items people are dumping haha Oh wow that’s a lot of furniture haha luckily you both have garages. Hi Dean & Chantal! I've seen several furniture flippers take the skirts off chairs and just clean them up, and sell them. They don't take much time to do, and they've made a large profit on them. You might want to try that! Love your videos! ...Denise from the US

Youn guys are running into the same pricing problems are we are in the U.S. Damn thrift stores are jacking their prices up to compete with the up-cyclers. It makes me crazy. I have to start going to garage sales now.

As a general reseller I know only to well how much charity shop prices are rising. I try charity shops that are smaller independents or are in smaller villages. We have Freecycle in England and also Gumtree has free and cheap stuff on. Keep hustling guys lets see you smash that 5k for Christmas!!
As we are in Jersey we have limited options unfortunately but we have ecycle on fb where loads of people list stuff for free as well. Thanks for watching and fingers crossed we’ll hit the 5k!💪🏻
Wow I’m always interested in the thrift shops across the world. But wow those prices were way too much. 100 quid for those pieces … $133 US.. crazy. Lol 😂 I’m a cheap shopper.

Sorry for the late reply. We use the sony zv1 vlogcamera and use a tripod with light for extra lightning but the camera it self is great quality

Yeah the prices have gone crazy over here. They weren’t even the most expensive things. Some things were £200/£300.

Yes it’s shocking! We have some small charity shops in town as well, these were the 2 biggest ones.
