This is the sort of "Music Therapy" that I envisaged as an inspired youngster in the 1970s. That was in a very small country that was so youth orientated that much of the physical activity was for able bodied YOUNG people....rugby racing and ....beer.....😊
We have used Kristin's video of Social Drumming for over a year at our Senior Community and would love to have more or different videos from Kristin. Or shoot, we would just like to meet Kristin and pick her brain for energetic ideas for Seniors who love to have fun.
