    Great video. Love SCHD. Your a great speaker. Really impressed how you just talk and don’t read everything off notes.

      No problem, thanks for the compliment. I’ve actually debated using a script but always decide not to. I usually plan out key points, and then talk on those subjects. That works best for me. My outline for this video was basically the 4 questions, and a quick description of each etf. For each etf I always try to mention holdings, strategy, size, and expense ratio.

      SCHD is the largest for me out of these 3, but I have been putting more into divo on a weekly basis.

      @@MMuniz Same here. This was such a good video and glad to see it.
      In my Roth IRA on a 20+ timeline, I got about a 20% mix of TSLY/NVDY/APLY (Income/Fun), 20% SCHD/DGRO, 25% SPGP (S&P 500), 20% OMFL and 15% JEPQ. I like the dividends + growth aspects per month.

      @@MMunizI’ll be using the Y income ETF’s to feed into each other. It’s risky but if I can make a few hundred dollars and buy each of the funds with house money then I’m good!
      Goal:
      TSLY dividend will split pay into NVDY + purchase shares of OARK.
      NVDY will pay into TSLY.
      OARK will pay the upcoming AMZY.
      At this point, it’s a rotation between the funds buying each other. After it gets built up to a point, I’ll take the income and re-invest across SCHD/JEPQ etc…all on the house :)

    Hey Matt, great video! Still hold a small piece of the SCHD position which was my first huge buy in retirement January 12th, 2021 and love seeing the 253% gain (have sold most of it) and think it and JEPQ will thrive in the next bull market after the presidential election. Until then SVOL for volatile times and 17% dividends. Best regards, Steve.

      Thanks for taking the time to comment! I do like JEPi, but think it has quite a bit of overlap with divo and SCHD, which is why I went the JEPQ route. However, if we could add a 4th at 25% each… certainly no issues since JEPi has done FANTASTIC

    Great info and video! Thanks. Wondering what your thoughts are on including a couple of the international dividend funds like RIVI or LVHI which consistently pay a dividend in the range of 4 to 6%? Just curious if you feel having some international exposure is important from a diversification perspective. Thanks again.

    how much do you think you're going to need to put down first to see some noticeable return through dividends?

    • @MMuniz
      @MMuniz  Рік тому

      Great question. This just comes down to the owner of the portfolio. What do you consider “ noticeable”? If you are brand new to investing, 5 dollars a month is a return and can be the spark needed to start your investing journey. If you want to see a 1,000 a month return, around 200k shkuld net you that assuming an average monthly dividend of 6%.

  • @Nonduality
    @Nonduality Рік тому +1

    If you're over 70, get the highest-paying annuity. You won't have to worry about the stock market again, and you'll get a high return on your invested money (money, however, that you'll never see again).

    • @MMuniz
      @MMuniz  Рік тому

      This is definitely an option, as long as it’s one that qualifies to pass onto a beneficiary
