I am keen to buy but I am also checking the current market price as they were sold during launch at higher price. Not sure if its a good project, hope to rent it out after staying for 3 years. Good convenient place to stay but don’t play rental after 3 years. Property should focus more on capital gain for investment. Get the property in 1 name so you can leave the other name for investment prop.

You can’t compare this way. One is more than 10 years old RCR freehold and the other is brand new OCR leasehold. I can only say both are good projects 👍

Mohd Noor yes warehouse is also industrial property. Yes commercial is the only type of property that don’t have ABSD.
