I have watched nearly all your videos and all the things you showed here are perfectly fit for the software I use (of course...) So thank you so much! Thanks, glad to hear it! And yes, it's a thing for sure. It really depends on what voltages you are using. Most of the time its not an issue for me, but when used with 1v/oct isgnals it's mostly to much droop to function.
If I'm right the original Buchla source of uncertainty is not a sample and hold module at all. The tiptop/eurorack version does have a sample and hold section. Any simple sample and hold module does the same. Just depends on if you want all the added functions or not :)
Hey there! Not really, A VCA with a gate will result into "track" (follow the incomming signal when you feed the VCA a gate) and "0", a 0 volt output if the VCA is closed. So it wont "hold" a voltage when you close the VCA.
