This technician annoys me SO much. Leaving remaining parts still sticking out of the pores and ignoring them and not being methodical, going from one part to another whilst there obviously LOADS more where she has just squeezed. With a technician like this the patient's blackheads will NEVER be rid of.

She is doing an excellent job. She squeezes one area and then moves to another to give that area a chance to rest before she returns. Much as we enjoy watching, this is for the patient and not for us. I recommend folks remember that.

Eventhough it's satisfying to see so much removed, it's extremely irritating to see them NOT completely empty out the pores, NOT squeezing again or a bit harder to ensure all is gone - when it is clearly visible there is still stuff that stays in the pores
Maybe the people are too sensitive for that extra squeeze. These are real people with nerve endings and this is not a painless procedure. Maybe if they can be taught to exfoliate and use cleansers then that will help more than constant extractions. I appreciate the pops, but I know it hurts for them.

I am referring to emptying out the pores, not squeezing out skin tissue - but actual content. They do not check if the popped area was 100% removed, in fact it's easy to see they are not over half of the time

Man I wish she would get it all out, As much as she likes filling that glove up looks like she would. She gets most of the pores halfway cleaned. It kills me watching her sometimes lol.
Squeezing too hard is far more damaging to the skin.
You squeeze and rest and then squeeze and rest. You don’t have to get it all out on the first squeeze. They leave so many of these not completely cleaned out and not just on the nose.
Yessss! It's so frustrating. And for me, seeing the empty pore afterward is part of the satisfaction.
@@dhall75608 ... dude... you think she films her entire session with each client? Doing the videos isn't her job. It isn't her main source of income. Also, the skin most of these people are working with in Vietnam in the last two years is very damaged because a popular face wash that came on the market and is very popular contains a bleaching agent 😱 so they literally cannot do everything in one session. You need a day or more to rest.

I think it gets to the point with a nose like that where the client just can’t take anymore. I don’t think I could go through much more than this person. I’d have to come back another day after I’d gotten over that session.

As someone who has had acne and those little 'holes', it isn't a laughing matter. Those bitches never 'heal', they are always overly stretched out, and constantly fill back up again. I envy people who have never had a day of pimples or spent time doing the cleaning the esthetician is doing here.
Noses tend to harbor s treasure trove of contents. This one exceeded expectations!
I have a feeling that if you cover that face with hot towel for like 30 minutes, those things will come out like butter when you run a spatula on the skin

Apparently dermatologist are few and far between and extremely hard to get in to.
This is and relatively affordable alternative. The average income in Vietnamese is less the 2k per year.
Thuy is so cute. She's encouraging him to hold on a little longer so she can clear his pore so they don't become infected and turn into cysts. She warns him when one will hurt more so he is ready. She's very patient with her clients

My biggest pet peeve is the practice of collecting the filaments on the glove so that they can potentually fall off onto the face and to be pressed back into pores. So gross.
