We purchased recently 1 month before, now as summer started , so we start using but temp not going below 31-32 even we are setting 17 really bad experience so , we just called customer care they told within48 hours , service engineer will visit the place . Hope installation done by the voltas is 100% ok ,and AC hardware is ok
Sir, I am big fan of yours. I have one question... Voltas AC ka indoor unit ka lowest and highest noise level kitna hai.. Because website par Voltas AC ka noise level 45db mentioned hai... Yeah noise level highest wala hai ya phir lowest... Kindly reply Sir asap..

i purchased the same model but it is mentioned that it can run at 0.75,1,1.2,normal and 2
but when I press ajd button either it works at 1 or normal or 2
are you able to run it on .75 or 1.25?

@@Kuch.bhi18 Varun ji ! I have the same model and it runs on 0.7 , 1.2 1.0 and 2.0.
On normal mode when adj option is not used it runs on 1.5 ton. To run on other mode, need to press adj and it will show the tonaage on which it it running. To go back to 1.5 ton , press adj again

actually the seller was confused and delivered the wrong model. It runs on 1, normal and 2 only.

@@Kuch.bhi18 sad to know this. Thos model is actually new and the expanding option makes it different from other ACs . However, it is my personal experience that the sellers and even the installation team and service centres are not at all updated about the complete features.
So I did my own R&D and now I am well versed with all the options and overwhelmed with its performance and features.

my ac remote says BLOW and there is no colling. The remote is same as shown in the video , so there is no blow button. How do I remove it and make the AC to work normally.

If your AC is New you have to first unlock by unlock code after unlocking is is not working you have to connect Voltas Customer care

Bhai, Adj button is not working in mine. After pressing Adj button it just shows Adj light in AC. Not able to convert.

it is depend on your Comfortable Temp. 26 is best for more power saving and Fan Speed depend on your air flow requirement

if you Press Adj button one time display will show Ad 25 your AC will operate on 2.5 ton.
