- Hey everyone! I hope you're all out there having a great time playing Stardew Valley 1.6 if you're on PC. Mobile and Console players, I only hope that Concerned Ape and his team get that update pushed out fast for you! I actually can't wait to play 1.6 on my Nintendo Switch as well.
This video took me about 10x longer than I thought it would since I am not a full-time Content Creator - so I would very, very much appreciate it if you could like this video! And if you want, let me know your favorite part of 1.6, or if you want to add something I may have missed in my video or gotten wrong. I know there's so much more to explore, but this is all that we came across during our first year, however I did accidentally forget to mention Sandy's new shop items lol, so it really should be 78. But 77 is a great number too. Lucky sevens, as they say.

The pausing thing is just a difference between online play vs split screen, on the switch(which is still on 1.5) if ur playing online you can't pause no matter what
That's good to know! I wasnt sure because we always played split screen, so that's kinda cool it's an exclusive feature for that game mode 😅 tho someone else commented that you can pause online if you open the chat, that might work online on the Switch too!

I actually have two dogs irl (Laika and Balto) and recently started playing stardew and surprisingly not only chose the same dog, but I had named him Togo too!!
Oh wow! Thats really cool. Dani (my co-op player) and I discussed the name, and she really liked the live action movie that came out a few years ago, and we both love Balto from childhood. 😁 and that's awesome about your irl pups names, too! How adorable. ☺️

why is there a waterfall going down in a valley? where is it falling to?

I think I'd you take into account for where the sewer pipe is, near a small cliff, I imagine the waterfall goes off that and into the ocean. But good question!

The wind has a chance the happen IF the greenhouse is repaired, can happen as early as the day after its build

I did NOT know you can now access clint while hes working on tools! Ive just gotten so used to avoiding him until theyre done that i didnt even try 😭 I just finished upgrading everything in my new save too
Also, it's not just catfish bait but a random fish of that season (and maybe weather idk)! You can make a baitmaker that you put a fish in and get it's bait :3
Thank you for this information! I hadn't gotten a chance to try the catfish bait :) I'm excited to see what itll let us do. And I am so glad Clint is available while he works on your stuff. And even though I didn't mention it I am 99% sure Robin is the same way. I ordered a Silo from her in my recording and then I went and bought stuff from her, or at least I'm pretty sure! Either way its really useful

I think CA said he was done after 1.6. The only way I could see a 2.0 is if he finished Haunted Chocolatier and then goes back to improve Stardew again, but who knows!
You can only pause on split screen
It's nice that that is still a feature! Someone commented and said you can pause if you type into chat in multiplayer so I'm gonna have to try that one next time.
