This speaks to me. I have been drawing boundaries in order not to have energy sucked out of me, and been telling people about my high sensoriality but it got to the point I started feeling like a victim, a fragile little thing and over protecting myself. These thoughts were not right and I dropped them to claim my power :)

Walking a tightrope? Funny, I have been quite sick this week, I believe with Covid, which I've never knowingly had. Worked as a nurse through the outbreak, was tested many times and always negative. An alarming effect has been being very wobbly. When coming down the steps, sort of slamming sideways into the wall. Sitting down and being unable to control the "sit" and just plopping hard onto the chair, etc.May have absolutely nothing to do with what you were just talking about, but it made me think of this.

Twice this week I realized I was so tapped into people’s thoughts around me that I thought they were my thoughts. I took a moment to say that’s so not like me why am I having this thought. Then I realized…. so I was taking out my trash and saw the pool and thought about having a swim. But I know I didn’t want to swim right then… so I walk a few more steps and a couple turns the corner with towels and I realized it was their thoughts I was picking up on. So now I need to do more to discern what’s mine and what’s theirs.
I am ready to come out of my cocoon and get to work. I just really don’t know how to get going in this thing. But I am here, I am present,I am ready!! ❤️🔥🏆✨💪🏼🫶🏼

@@caraelizabethspeaks I didn’t at first and it really freaked me out because I was really concerned about the divergence in my mind. But once I realized what was happening I cleared my frequency and felt like myself again because they were my thoughts and I could separate the other information to utilize or throw away as needed. Yeah, it was a trip for sure. It’s been happening for a few days now.
I am quite positive my mission is to heal. I have to heal myself first. I have a disease I can not seem to shake although I very seriously doubt I am inflicted with the disease. Anywhoo I am sending you my healing mantra so heal. You are not dying and you do not have a disease; keep me posted. I will pursue the healing process. Luv ya.
