あはは！もう笑うしかない。普通にブロードウェイだよ。見てる途中高校生だと言う事を忘れさせる踊り！凄く日本人だと言う事に誇りに思います。
It's Sept 2023! And I'm still amazed by the TDC performance! By par the most superb group dancers! Nobody can beat their energy and symchronized movements!

ただでさえ汗まみれになるダンスコンテスト。レインコートを羽織っての激しい演技。練習の場、ステージの上に何百リットルの努力の結晶、汗がしたたり落ちているのでしょうね。

Surprised this group is not world wide known yet. Definitely top notch talent and could do amazing on American talent shows if they want.
They are not professional dancers but members of a dance club in a Japanese public high school so it is quite not feasible for them to appear on talent shows which require a lot of dedication. The members change every year because the seniors will eventually graduate and there are newbies.
Michelle Fung it’s not that. A lot of high schools in japan have school laws against being on “TV show” except some special occasions.

その通りです。このダンスを踊った生徒も何人かいるはずです。また、この高校のダンス部監督が、avantgardey監督のアカネさんです。アカネ監督のチーム「アカネキカク」から選抜された20名がアバンギャルディで、他にも大勢のダンサーがいて、日本ではフルメンバーの公演が楽しめます😊
ダンスだけじゃなく、衣装や小物、そして色でも魅せるなんて素晴らしすぎるじゃないですか⁉︎本当にいつみても楽しませてくれて満足です
高校生がこのレベルにあるのは日本だけじゃないかな☝

4月にニューヨークでフォッシーのdancinの舞台観ましたあっちの😊より良い！アカネさんのフォッシーへのリスペクトをうかがい知ることが出来る素晴らしい振り付け、感動しました。

I'm beginning to see the Avantgardey style is actually a Japanese style in general and not just theirs. Brilliant stuff!
TDC is advant gardey. What they do is still pretty unique in Japan.

The choreographer and producer is the same person, Akane. She's getting bigger in Japan and hopefully around the world.

それな とみおかすきなだけでダンス知識あまり高くないって客の人がよくやってる 曲のテンポとか雰囲気台無しだしミュージカルじゃなくてダンスの大会ってことわかってないよね

How is TDC faring now? Is Akane-san still working with them or is she full time Avantgardey and other pro projects?
During the time of this video, Akane was a coach for TDC.
She is now a director.
Currently It appears that she has been involved in various roles, including Avantgardey.
Where is this THC highschool? I have just no idea.

Her name is Akane. Currently runs a group called Avantgardey. They performed on AGT earlier this year.
I wish there was a version where the audio was better and without the incessant clapping...
Their moves remind me of avantgardey. By chance are they from the same studio?

This is Tomioka Dance Club or TDC, which is a dance club of Tomioka High School in Osaka, Japan. Akane is a graduate of this school and was the Manager/Choreographer of this Club before she formed Avantgardey. Since this was 2019, it ispossible that some of the Avantgardey members (Seira, Moca, Aimu) may still be here this time as they graduated 2020 or 2021.

@@v1982on Try searching TDC Bubbly Dance. TDC performed that in 2017, and the captain of the Dance Club, Rikka Ihara became an actress and did a remake with Avantgardey in 2022.
