I have twin 06 225hp Verado’s Port I am noticing a slight noise at the accessory pulley to the super charger. Should I be concerned?

1500 hours is a lot for these blowers. I have seen them needing service at 1000 and 2500 hours. It depends on how much WOT you do. Drive pins and front bearings are the first to go.
You can take the discharge tube off and see if the rotors have made contact with the rotor plate. If so, you need a complete rebuild for sure. This happens on long WOT runs when the supercharger gets overheated.

Does the Supercharger share oil with the engine?

The oil circulates through the blower from the engine.
