I'm not sure I could understand all of that if it was the first time I was seeing the hmm. But I'm totally sure about one thing, and that is the whole internet there wasn't one example altogether, to clarify the concept, and I finally found it here.

With viterbi algortihm i think you can simply do that in N^2*T complexity and with given values and using viterbi algo my answer is coming sunny-->sunny-->rainy in much less computation !

Sir your's "Markov Model" series is The Best.
Your content is good but your cameraman is doing so many zoom-in and zoom-out, its a distraction.
You should not be moving your camera so much. Its a educational video and hence stable frame would help viewers to focus on content and concepts.
HMM got clarified here, even though I had watched many videos before.

Is T=3 because there are 3 options for the observations {shorts, coat, umbrella}?
Coat is given observation, sunny is hiden so p(s|c) must be written but u wrote p(c|s) how sir?

No, on rows we have current and in columns we have future. 0.02 is correct.
