This is amazing. Most people think that when yu become a Christian yu will not suffer any more, yu can't become sick, Yu will be financially stable etc all the good things. I support the pastor's teaching on this. Coz Jesus never promised anybody that they won't go through a hard time. He promised that He will be with us in the struggle. This lesson is really an eye opener.
One of the fruits of the Spirit is forbearance, or long suffering. You're right, I do think we forget about that one sometimes. But I think going through stuff is what draws us closer to God. We absolutely need him every step.

Growing up I never went to church but twice & I got baptized the first time , a while after I became a deist and started having a hard life , I’ve always been a good person but bad things still kept happening to me and I didn’t know why, I know I believed in god but I didn’t have a connection with him I would always call on him when I need help leaving him feeling used by a Stranger who only come around when they want something because I didn’t have a connection with him , one day my brother showed me a video about the 7 devils & what they are capable of ,& I saw how they impacted my life that I never knew about and it just opened my eyes ! I started researching gods word and spiritual things and I found you , I love your channel you’ve opened my eyes sooo much and your helping me understand things I never would’ve knew , so thank you very much ,now I can say I’m becoming Christian and I’m trying with everything in me too go up the right path & do everything I need to do 🥺

The verse I think of when people's faith is fading is 2 Timothy 3:1-5: “But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God- having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.” We don't know when our last day is on Earth, and we don't know when exactly the End Times are, but if today's culture is drifting you away from your faith, it's time to get back on the right path towards Jesus and living for Heaven to become a True Disciple.
I wish I had the time to share in full one of my many testimonies with you. I will make this one short I was studying one day and the Holy Spirit as always engaged me. He showed me how many times when I backslide how He came and got me when He did not have too. I started crying because I never thought about it and He said do you know how many people do not make it back. I was startled and said Lord Jesus thank you and do not let me take your kindness and patience for granted. Looking back every time I drifted away without knowing, Holy Spirit drew me back. I saved this video in my personal files Mr. Parr because I want to always remind myself every week concerning this. Thank you.
@classyt20f7 I just want you to know that i will be praying for you. God loves you and even though you strayed away from him, his grace is still sufficient. Jesus died so that we could be free from the bondage of sin. He doesn't want us to continue living a life of sin, so the first thing you need to do is repent and turn away from your old ways so that you can be forgiven. Declare that he is your Lord and savior and pray about the areas of your life where you need help and healing. Also start reading your bible and ask God for understanding. The holy spirit will guide you.
O my goodness this just happened to me a few minutes ago😭 I was struggling and backsliding as well for a while, and I was reading my Bible and it hit me for the first time ever how much God truly loves me. And the fact that He died FOR ME even tho I continue to sin and I backslide and drift away, He STILL brings me back every time and forgives me, taking me into His arms again. Truly beautiful😭😭😭

If You are Ok with the NIV Translation, Sir David Suchet did a massive audiobook where He read the Entire NIV Bible, I have heard some of it Myself here on UA-cam and it is Absolutely Fantastic! so It might Help You. Another thing that Works for Me Personally is Reading the Bible Out Loud! Give each Person their own Voice too, it Really brings the Word alive, and has helped Me a lot to not only understand the King James Version, but even to get some little Insights! so, try Reading it aloud as if Reading to Kids. Thank you brother Allen for breaking down and explaining what it means to be a true disciple Testimony of mines: I experienced verbal abuse, a mental breakdown last year which resulted in me having to check in the hospital for mental evaluation, bullying, sexting, masturbation, lust, hurt, rejection, loss of loved ones, suicidal thoughts and actions, homelessness, etc. But God has still been faithful to me and given me chances and mercies thank you Jesus I was reinstated at my home church last year and as a way of serving Christ I sing in my church choir
I have been getting back into the bible with all this time. I feel this time was made for that. I have been praying more because everyone has been texting their needs ( deacon in a church that closed). I have been struggling with dating an exgirlfriend (she had not been saved and dosen't want to marry).

There are those Christians though that will point too this verse "Deny yourself" and then use it too justify saying everything secular is sinful its usually street preachers or legalistic Christians, im all for street preaching and i am working up too do it myself but it makes me sad because i see so many of our brothers and sisters fighting over doctrine that isn't fundamental and then telling one another they are not saved and there going too hell. @@bluvs_tae Honestly that's a tough one what I would do is identify the core differences of Cataclism and Christianity. As you know they are similar up too a certain point, and then bring up these points and why there false and why Christianity is correct according too scripture. A few key points is 1. They take confession implying that a man has the power too forgive sins by saying a repeating prayer. So u can tell her you dont need too bother with doing that when u can go too Jesus himself and ask for forgiveness and then give the verses that support it. 2.Praying too Mary and the saints, if they do this some Catholics actually reconize how dumb this is but if she does then continue on. Tell them there is only one mediator between man and god and that is the man Christ Jesus and that they dont have the power too hear prayers let alone answer them they are human just like u and me heck they might have gave themself over too sin and there in hell, that's like your grandma praying too u of u died because we you are the saints the bible talks about and provide verses too support this. There are many other key differences between cataclism and Christianity like the amount of books in there bible and stuff like that. Anyways do some research and prepare a argument for why Cataclism is not biblically supported but instead is the continuation of man made tradition. Jesus died so that we could be free from the bondage of sin. He doesn't want us to continue living a life of sin, so the first thing you need to do is repent and turn away from your old ways so that you can be forgiven. Declare that he is your Lord and savior and pray about the areas of your life where you need help and healing. Also start reading your bible and ask God for understanding. The holy spirit will guide you.

O my goodness this just happened to me a few minutes ago😭 I was struggling and backsliding as well for a while, and I was reading my Bible and it hit me for the first time ever how much God truly loves me. And the fact that He died FOR ME even tho I continue to sin and I backslide and drift away, He STILL brings me back every time and forgives me, taking me into His arms again. Truly beautiful😭😭😭

Another thing that Works for Me Personally is Reading the Bible Out Loud! Give each Person their own Voice too, it Really brings the Word alive, and has helped Me a lot to not only understand the King James Version, but even to get some little Insights! so, try Reading it aloud as if Reading to Kids.

Thank you brother Allen for breaking down and explaining what it means to be a true disciple Testimony of mines: I experienced verbal abuse, a mental breakdown last year which resulted in me having to check in the hospital for mental evaluation, bullying, sexting, masturbation, lust, hurt, rejection, loss of loved ones, suicidal thoughts and actions, homelessness, etc. But God has still been faithful to me and given me chances and mercies thank you Jesus I was reinstated at my home church last year and as a way of serving Christ I sing in my church choir
I have been getting back into the bible with all this time. I feel this time was made for that. I have been praying more because everyone has been texting their needs ( deacon in a church that closed). I have been struggling with dating an exgirlfriend (she had not been saved and dosen't want to marry).
You hit the nail on the head with this one loved it. There are those Christians though that will point too this verse "Deny yourself" and then use it too justify saying everything secular is sinful its usually street preachers or legalistic Christians, im all for street preaching and i am working up too do it myself but it makes me sad because i see so many of our brothers and sisters fighting over doctrine that isn't fundamental and then telling one another they are not saved and there going too hell. I love all by brothers and sister in Christ despite are small differences.

Do i tell them that if don't stop practicing it they will not be saved or it will lead them to hell honesty i don't know how to talk to them about it i feel useless especially if my grandma is a devout catholic she raised my aunt's and uncles in that religion in Mexico they won't listen to me even if i try. :(
@@bluvs_tae Honestly that's a tough one what I would do is identify the core differences of Cataclism and Christianity. As you know they are similar up too a certain point, and then bring up these points and why there false and why Christianity is correct according too scripture.
A few key points is
1. They take confession implying that a man has the power too forgive sins by saying a repeating prayer. So u can tell her you dont need too bother with doing that when u can go too Jesus himself and ask for forgiveness and then give the verses that support it.
2.Praying too Mary and the saints, if they do this some Catholics actually reconize how dumb this is but if she does then continue on.
Tell them there is only one mediator between man and god and that is the man Christ Jesus and that they dont have the power too hear prayers let alone answer them they are human just like u and me heck they might have gave themself over too sin and there in hell, that's like your grandma praying too u of u died because we you are the saints the bible talks about and provide verses too support this.
There are many other key differences between cataclism and Christianity like the amount of books in there bible and stuff like that. Anyways do some research and prepare a argument for why Cataclism is not biblically supported but instead is the continuation of man made tradition.
