    Hi Coach Jam. Napadaan sa personal vlogs mo.
    Don't get discourage sa fluctuations. I'm struggling with my weight also kasi heavyset since nong elementary pa ako... Go lang ng go... kasi madaming factors as to why tumataas at bumababa ang weight. You just have to be consistent.
    Mas iniisip ko yung progress ko in a month than daily/weekly basis.

    consistency lang, me i used to be 327 lbs. but now im steady 180lbs. i did not go to gym, just 16-20hours low carb fasting, after ko mag lose ng around 60-70lbs i started cycling, den it became a lifestyle, consistency lang
