Go lang ng go... kasi madaming factors as to why tumataas at bumababa ang weight. You just have to be consistent. Mas iniisip ko yung progress ko in a month than daily/weekly basis. Go Coach Jam! consistency lang, me i used to be 327 lbs. but now im steady 180lbs. i did not go to gym, just 16-20hours low carb fasting, after ko mag lose ng around 60-70lbs i started cycling, den it became a lifestyle, consistency lang
