Same here. I sold a car to a couple of black guys from the hood. They paid me, slapped fictitious plates on the car and drove off. A few weeks later, I received a call from the police stating that the car was impounded because it had been abandoned in the street in some f’d-up ghetto neighborhood. All I had to do was tell them that I sold the car to two young black guys. They said, “ok”, then had the car scrapped. I guess it’s so common that they don’t even bother with any paperwork.

She should have to pay the storage fees
first order of business whenever you buy a car is notifying dmv of transfer of ownership. you deal with that everyday until it's done. not give up after a few tries and start fixing it up and loaning it to your drug dealer friends.
If it wasn't registered....you shouldn't have drove it...or loaned it out for drug deals!!! Had they killed someone it would have gone back to the first lady, it would be a different case.
I think she didn't register it on purpose because she intended to use it for illegal drug activities
@@iykeharrison9161Exactly. Who the hell waits 4 months to try to get a car registered 🙄 considering her “profession,” we know she had the damn money to do it.
This case was hilarious 😂😂😂
Unbelievable, the nerves
Rule #1 of Judge Judy's court, don't expect relief from her if you don't have clean hands
I would have given the defendant at least those impound fees that were not her fault at all.
They shouldn't have fix up the car because they know they had sold it nd so it wasn't theirs
@@dejhon_s but legally the fees would have grown in her name but they were wrong for acting like it wasnt sold or they hadn't already received money for it
@@phDST1913She should try to sue the company she sold the car to in the first place to get the impound fees back.
I think the defendant should have gotten repayment for the storage fees.
They’re all in on it
Omg, these people don’t stop… either side!!
aaaaand that’s why you don’t try to “save money” by not registering a car you bought.
But wait, there's more! Oh my gosh people so un-thorough...
Ouch
"Did you get it back?"
"I got it back damaged."
"We're done. Thank you very much."
My question is out of all the cars she could have got why a bmw…….i need reliability and it sounds like she got the car for looks…..and it was damaged 💀 with a Lien on it 💀💀💀
Ghetto priorities! 😂
Wrong people are being sued in this case...
The defendant should be the one suing the plaintiff for the impound fees, and she should sue the people who bought her vehicle but didn't change over the title before selling it to someone else.
