This Tyre Recycling Plant represent the State of the Art plant solution as always delivered by Eldan Recycling in Denmark. This Plant is an Eldan 10 Metric Ton per hour tyre recycling plant, designed & build all in house in the Eldan workshop in Denmark.

This plant can produce almost any size of tyres up to 2 meter diameter, OTR tyres, Tractor tyres,Truck tyres and van- and passenger Car tyres.
The output from this plant can be adjusted exactly to the end users needs of size distribution...a so called Multi-size plant meaning granulate output sizes raging from 0.5 -- 1.5 mm, 0.8 -- 2.0 mm, 1.0 -- 3.0 mm, 1.0 -- 4.0 mm, 2.0 -- 5.0 mm, 2.0 -- 6.0, 3.0 -- 8.0 etc. etc. and rubber powder output sizes raging from 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 Mesh sizes. The plant can produce 5 output sizes at a time! Almost any size of output can be produced on this type of plant and it takes only a couple of hours to change from one output size to another. All granulate and powders are of highest quality, 99.9% free of steel and fibre.
The Eldan Tyre Recycling Plants are modular build and therefore possible to build up/ extend from single machine shredders to full size tyre recycling turn key plants as the above mentioned. All machines, design development, project managing and plant erection is part of the complete solution supplied from Eldan.
