- A 4K Toronto bike ride on my new Rize Fixie ebike. I start at Eglinton Park and head downtown trying to catch Ken (from TheKenContinuum) while live streaming. Fortunately I did catch up with him but his stream had finished. I then ride north back to midtown. This is not a review but I do offer my first impressions of the bike.
Recorded in 4K at 60 FPS with a GoPro Hero 9 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.

Thanks for the content! The Rise Fixie looks like the same exact ebike as the KBO Hurricane but with upgrades (hydraulic brakes and throttle). Have fun w this ebike!
They do look suspiciously similar. I suspect most ebikes come from the same pool of manufacturers overseas so aside from branding, minor changes to the frame and some individual components I would not be surprised at all if they came from the same source. Cheers

Does each pedal assist level correspond to a speed limit? LIke level 1up to 10mph; level 2 up to 15mph?

Can you make a video for the integrated tube battery? I love this rize fixie but worry about the battery replacement. I have not see replacement on rize website.

How has your Rize held up for you? Considering pulling the trigger on the fixie but reddit has made me hesitate on dealing with this company
How far does it run on a single charge? They advertise 80-120km on the fixie but compared to their other ebikes with bigger batteries only 50-70km range and 80-120km on dual batts. Kinda absurd claim?
I haven't put it to the test but on full throttle/max pedal assist I'd say 30-40km is looking more likely. I'll probably do a full "review" at some point on my other channel and go over this. Cheers.

I think you said you wouldn't use the Rize bike in winter. But wouldn't it actually be better for winter, because of the belt drive?
Maybe, but thin tires, no suspension... if the roads are dry sure but the new bike will be better IMO.

Hello.. I'm in the GTA area and I'm wondering if you still have the Rize Fixie and you would let me sit on the Fixie for size. I don't need to ride it. I just wanted to try for size. Is your Fixie 19 or 23" frame?
I sold it last year sorry! Mine was the smaller one, I'm 5'11 and was too big for it.
