Thats funny you say that cause i have been collecting the jada 1/24th scale Batmobiles and they made all the movie one except this one. I wonder why? They made the Batman Forever one from 95 but skipped this one from 97. Hopefully the make it down the road.
I searched and watched this video because all of a sudden, I thought of my batmobile toy, as the same as the first one you showed, I used to play it when I was a little little kid, I remembered I was so upset cos it did not come with the figure, I was too little and could not read the box saying figure not included, I love Batman, now I'm 30 still deeply remember this toy, thanks for posting this on UA-cam ❤
Im happy you enjoyed it man. These toys are some of the biggest parts of my childhood. So I understand totally what you mean. The art work on the boxes was always the coolest part of just getting the toy. But it can definitely fool you cause it shows the batman in the vehicle lol.

Thanks buddy I appreciate it! I actually hate when People don't measure the box when I look up a review cause I don't open all my stuff. Alot of my older vehicles are still in the box and I have them displayed on glass shelves. So i need to know how much space they are going to take up to see if I can fit them in a spot. An ok buddy Ill make sure to do a review on some of the old kenner catalogs. I have most of them from 1991 to 1998 when Hasbro bought them out. After 1998 they started handing out disk hard drives instead of paper catalogs. Ill try to let you know when I make a video on it ok.
That makes me feel good! I wanted to start this channel to show off all the toys that made me start collecting and fall in love with all these characters. If you haven't subscribed yet just keep an eye out for some new videos Ill be posting. Lots of toys from the 80s and 90s.
Me as well buddy! These toys are what made me fall in love with collecting back then. I just could never get rid of them cause they mean alot to me. My toys are actually the only things I have from when i was a kid. Literally 3 totes of toys and thats it. I got them totes back when i was a teenager cause my mom was kicked out of her crib so many times that everything else was lost or throw away. So when I got these back it was a great feeling and caused me to get back to buying toys again as a teenager. I didn't open them anymore so i would just buy them and put them in storage. So if i wouldn't of got them old bins back at 16 I might not of even started buying toys and collecting again.
Thanks bro! I love knowing people still have love for these toys. Kenner and toybiz set the bar. I know people say all they did was crazy variants of batman and dc characters. But I loved that stuff. Helped the imagination as a kid. My fav will always be the legends of Batman line. Pirates and Samurai batman was so cool to me.

Of course buddy! I love these old toys man. I got The Bat Hammer, Batmobile and the Redbird cycle for charismas and I remember the whole night running them across the kitchen floor. lights were off and the Iceglow hammer lite the kitchen io orange. I would drive it into blocks from the game dont break the ice lol.
Make sure ya track down the B&R Nightsphere vehicle too. I am incredibly passionate about this line, love every piece! I even have an unreleased prototype of a mailaway purple Mr Freeze.
I never bought that one cause I dont like when they re release vehicles again with new paint jobs. They made that nighsphere for the Batman animated series originally. I have that one so I had no reason to buy the other one. They did the same thing with the Legends of Batman batmobile. They painted it bright green for the Ninja Force line and did the same with Batman Crime Squad Triple Attack jet. They repainted it as well. Hasbro had a history pf re releasing the kenner toys over and over again. That animated series batmobile and batplane got so many crazy color releases lol.
Nice video I'll admit I had these when I was a little kid despite Batman and Robin was bad. But the funny thing is it was my first intro to Batman before I saw the other movies the cartoon and read the comic books. We all start somewhere with an iconic character. As Mel Brooks said in Spaceballs merchandising were the real money form the movie is made. ha.
Exactly! Yeah that movie was really corny but when I was a kid I still loved to watch it and I loved my toys from the movie. I did see a huge difference from Batman 89 and batman returns when batman forever came out. An that was a bummer cause I liked them two movies cause they were what introduced me to Batman. But i was just happy to see batman in a movie and all them villians the batman forever and Batman and robin movies were introducing . Even though bane was retarded hahaha.

Man I loved these old kenner toys there is no toy company that has done it like they did. Wish this Batmobile had lights like the one from Batman forever just a few years before. They should of did that to this one cause it was lit up like a Christmas tree in the movie. They put lights on that bat hammer one so not sure why they didn't for the batmobile. I read somewhere that were running late so that's why they didn't add the light-up feature. They added it to the ice hammer though cause it was gonna be released later.

@@TheCaveofWonders7 Makes sense. Would you happen to know if there are alternate figures whose capes will work with the chromes? I've looked and the capes on the chrome figures looks custom to them alone. Any insight?

Its like they are not the same as all the other figures that have cape holes. Just dont line up at all! But I will keep trying and let you Know if i come across any ok. Cause them figures are expensive now new in the box.

Awesome video! Hardly anyone reviewed the Batman and Robin vehicles. The Iceglow Bathammer is my favorite non Batmobile vehicle, and I have the toy along with the Batmobile from this line, which is a fun toy but a downgrade to the Forever one which lights up.

Actually, the Batman figure can fit no problem with the arms. I have mine on display with a Georgeo Clooney Batman in it and he sits perfectly inside, wish I could post a picture here. Nice review by the way
I Have the Clooney as well if your talking about the Hover Attack Batman. he sits in the vehicle fine. But his arms still don't go inside of it. I had him in the batmobile in the main picture I took for the video. But I like to display the vehicle with the Guardians of Gotham city two pack cause I like how metallic they look. They sit fine its just the arms have to be bent to get inside it. thanks and I hope you enjoyed the retro look.

Batmobile was the first item I was allowed to put in lay away at Walmart myself and I saved up for it. Idk why I did looking back because it was only $20 lol
Wow, I didn't knew Kenner released the vehicles from the final part of the movie on toy form! And notes that they gets many times more attention than the Batmobile, it don't even light up, poor thing, LOL!
I wish the batmobile would of had lights. Would of been cool cause they put lights on the iceglow Hammer and the Batman Forever Batmobile a few years prior.
@@TheCaveofWonders7, to be honest, even the Keaton's and the AS Batmobile didn't had lights on the Kenner versions, but,I can't void think that indeed, the B7R Batmobile did suffer a little nah from the toy designers, cause look at the vehicles they use on the final part of the movie, they really outshine everything else...

Yeah I actually have the Batman forever Triple vehicle set too. Then they came back out with it for Batman and Robin. I'm guessing, they did it cause they came out with it so late after that movie and had a lot of extra ones sitting around the warehouse. So repackaged it for the newer movie. Not sure!

With the Guardians Of Gotham City 2pack. Just cause they are black and chrome and remind me of the suits they had on at the end. But... I also like to use my orange batman inside the Ice hammer. I think its the Heat Scan or Thermal sheild Batman. not sure which one it is but I know its the orange Batman.

Yeah, I wasn't a fan of the movie but as a kid it was fun and I'm a die hard batman fan so I had to watch it. I actually got a lot of these vehicles and figures that Christmas for this movie. Trust me I was playing for the whole month lol. I have alot on display and alot mint in box. So they werent too expensive when I bought the whole lot when I was a teenager in 2004 or so. Not sure the price now.

Batman and robin had a great movie and sweet looking action figures and vehicles
As a kid I loved this movie. As a adult its corny to me now, but for its time I loved it and it allowed alot of toys and vehicles to be made.

Don't this forces the arm of the figure, or it really just ifts inside without a problem?

I actually display the vehicles from the last fight at the end of that movie. With the Guardians Of Gotham City 2pack. Just cause they are black and chrome and remind me of the suits they had on at the end. But... I also like to use my orange batman inside the Ice hammer. I think its the Heat Scan or Thermal sheild Batman. not sure which one it is but I know its the orange Batman.

Great video, love some of those Batman Toys, even for the crappier movies. Does anyone know if they actually sold a lot of these Batman and Robin movie Toys? I just remember seeing them in stores for a very long time, and no one I knew ever bought any of them.
Yeah, I wasn't a fan of the movie but as a kid it was fun and I'm a die hard batman fan so I had to watch it. I actually got a lot of these vehicles and figures that Christmas for this movie. Trust me I was playing for the whole month lol. I have alot on display and alot mint in box. So they werent too expensive when I bought the whole lot when I was a teenager in 2004 or so. Not sure the price now.

Definitely is a cheesy movie. But to a 10 year old batman fan in the 90s. It was entertaining! But now its corny and ridicules lol.
