When the guy says silence to urban I can imagine angel saying something along the lines of "let me make it very clear if you disrespect my wife again you're gonna learn very quickly why it's a mistake......respectfully of course" angel then makes his eyes glow real quick
"If you choose not to adhere to these conditions your freedom could be severely restricted." Me: Yeah, because that worked out SO WELL for the last group of power-mad jackasses that tried it.
Calex isn't the page, I think he's the head guy. And something nefarious is going on. The "nice guy page" thing was just an act so that he can get close to them and be able to talk to them personally. The drop of blood had nothing to do with signing, they wanted samples.
If Calex is a Page, I'm a successful businessman with a fat bank account. As for the terms and conditions and blood bound signature, I wouldn't agree to sign anything until my attorneys read all the fine print... and even then, I'd be loathe to give even an atom of my blood to a Vampire politician.
Lupus: *(channels the very soul of Alan Rickman)* Me: "What have you done!? Now I have an instinctive respect for a character who I should be upset with for multiple legitimate reasons!" I can't be the only one thinking it, right? Doesn't make me any less upset with how he addressed our Vampire Wife as... less than a person, but hey, that's standard for the Registry (until it very much wasn't standard there). This was the first time hearing it voiced, and I kept expecting to hear him drag "Mister Potter" out for six extra syllables. Great collab, and awesome new part for the Vampire series. Thanks Nymph, Maple, and Lupus!
Cause: Man with silky-smooth voice becomes very friendly around vampire wife. Effect: Angel becomes somewhat protective, taking hand and preparing to wrap shoulders in wing as a sign of “mine.” *Physics.*
Not sure what to expect, but I do have some ideas for your next one. Why not send our Angel and Vampire on their honeymoon? Enjoying themselves on a nice relaxing cruise, downing a few drinks, seeing the breathtaking sights of various places they would like to go see, dancing under the pale moonlight on the deck, and getting lost in each other’s eyes while getting a little frisky in the honeymoon suite (implied). Overall I hope to enjoy more of this amazing series and hopefully some questions maybe answered. Like, will they attacked by the cult again? Will the registry ever leave them alone? Will they at least discuss about having kids? For now only time will tell if these questions will be answered. Hope to see the next one soon.
Well, threats to us are fine. We do have a bad habit of exploding when our wife is threatened. Or poisoned. Or, well, you know what, I'm sure they have tons of invasive surveillance reports detailing all of this, so really no need to elaborate on why it's better for everyone if they stop being mean to our Vampire Wife.
oh snap, i sense some next level shit beginning to brew... i think it is time for the vampire and angel to be introduced to some other mythical/legendary being. seems like they may need some allies and backup. in a world in which vampires and angels are real, please tell me this world in some part of it, has the existence of like Minotaur or Centaurs? lol
Honestly, I was angry throughout the whole council part. It was one thing after another and I drew the line at the blood signature thing. I am not gonna just be okay with that. I've seen enough things to know that's a bad idea. Plus, do they really think that this lovely woman would actually give birth to a biblical baby that would bring about the end times that I would not name cause I don't know if it's insensitive in this context? That's just rude. The baby would most likely be completely normal for heaven sakes and a very good and well mannered kid. Worst case scenario for them, you might get Blade mixed with a smidge of Nero, IF they do anything stupid. So, just don't and you'll be fine Sorry about the rant. I was really emotional when the whole "having a baby" thing came in. Great audio as all ways. Absolutely love this series and can't wait to hear what happens next
Council building sounds like a really unpleasant place. Councillor Vox is Severus Snape on B-Pos and Lupus killed it. Maple also nailed the slightly too friendly individual. I love that after everything that's happened and all the people dealt with over the series all we want is just to be left to our devices. All that crap has probably just strengthened the wish for normalcy.
Both characters should learn new abilities. The speaker should learn how to teleport (Cloak from cloak and dagger style teleportation.) And we should learn how to tell when someone is lying/ hiding something from us
Shouldn't the title now be Vampire Wife? This is hardly confusing for those of us who have kept track. I think a few questions have been answered. I don't like the implications. Watch your back lovebirds and best of luck.
Ok ok I loved almost 90% of this the other 10% I don't like is in previous episodes you made the listener out to be someone who is growing and becoming more and more an angel but in this episode your making them out to be just a plain human your making sound like they practically have no powers at all Ps: this is not me trying to be an asshole and trying to pick on you just a bit of a pointer from the point of view of a writer
This episode is not about the listener's powers. This is about the politics of the vampire society and the rules they have to follow if they want to have what passes for a normal life. The Council isn't the listener's world, it's the vampire's. The listener can't go in eyes blazing and do any sort of good in this situation. The listener's powers have been well established and don't always need to be the focus of the episode - now these two must deal with all of the attention and intrigue that surround them, but in a way that gives them the chance to exist in the world they occupy. It's a delicate and precarious situation, and if the listener were to just light up and fly them out of there, where would they go? How would they live? There's more to this story than just the listener's angel powers. There's an entire world going on around them and they are part of it.
Yay! Thank you so much for having me for this one!
And thank you so much for adhering to our... request to see you both :)
I’m still impressed by how rich this world is and how much depth is being portrayed in the relationship. I appreciate the efforts that go into this

$50 says the council is actually *hoping* for a vampire-angel hybrid child to use and control
Obviously
"If you choose not to adhere to these conditions your freedom could be severely restricted."
Me: Yeah, because that worked out SO WELL for the last group of power-mad jackasses that tried it.

i was thinking the same thing
Anything is possible.
If Calex is a Page, I'm a successful businessman with a fat bank account. As for the terms and conditions and blood bound signature, I wouldn't agree to sign anything until my attorneys read all the fine print... and even then, I'd be loathe to give even an atom of my blood to a Vampire politician.
This series is so good that every time an episode ends, I'm already looking forward to the next episode
Cucumber Approved

Snape vampire! Snampire? Vape? VAPE!?
Spooky council members planning intrigue?
I love this series it's the gift that keeps giving
Vox castentien
Vox caster: a form of adaptive speaker used by the adeptus mechanicus to fill rooms with prayer or simply to speak
Oh hell yes! I listened to the vampire roommate series last night as a catch up and woke up to this! Today is gonna be awesome.
Yay, this is an amazing story, an animation or a comic would be my dream
I've loved this series ever since it started, and I love the collab! Thanks for the upload! ❤️
7:18 Meta joke done right 😂
The plot thickens!! Loving this 😁

so, we gave blood. so in other words,... the council now has a drop of blood with angel markers
Well gang looks like we have another mystery on our hands

4.05 so, the characters of this World are as eager to know Angel and Vampire love life as us !
I would ❤️ to see a season 2 of Tsundere the mermaid pls.
Just a heads up the angel markers don’t take kindly to threats
Well, threats to us are fine. We do have a bad habit of exploding when our wife is threatened. Or poisoned. Wow, you are making it so interesting.
Cant wait for the next part!
I really enjoyed this series of course I enjoyed all your videos.
Vampire roommate is best series 👏

danm i love this series
Yet another awesome audio
I smell something sinister afoot
🤙🏼💯💚 the saga continues yeess
It would be kinda weird to see a Damphir with the powers of a cleric or a paladin

I feel like angel markers might have to take out the garbage.
Damn. That's a *very* bad and displeasing "deal". Still, it's impressive how well made this world is and how interesting it is to listen to!
Very nice
They have rule over vampires, but the child would only be half vampire… ergo, they would only have half rule over the child.
I hope callyx is not the bad guy.
Conspiracy I say!
This better not be another cult trying to get the angel markers
My suspicions exactly. I’m ready to go Angel of Wrath on this place.
I will toss the council out their ass for this, I don't consent to their bs
💙😊
Did you make a genie joke?!?
Wait, does this character have a name?
Not one that's canon, no.
Council building sounds like a really unpleasant place. Councillor Vox is Severus Snape on B-Pos and Lupus killed it. Maple also nailed the slightly too friendly individual.

I don’t really think the name ‘Vampire Roommate’ is applicable anymore
It's the name of the series so I keep it around.
..
If you were the Lions you be a crappy franchise to be the first team to go 0-16
