Looks delicious! I prefer lamb over beef because of it's superior tenderness and flavor
Edit: guys, it's just an opinion. Stop arguing in the replies
Agreed 🔥
Oh hi amogus.
@@GoldenGully bro u dont eat it with a danm spoon!!!
I'll give you texture, but in no universe is it possible for lamb to taste better than beef.

This dude is blowing people's expectations of what they think of as "Indian food" by introducing them to Pakistani foods
Actually pulao is an Indian food which is widely eaten in the subcontinent be it India, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Nepal, Bhutan , Afghanistan and even in Pakistan.
Well ,before their independence from The British India was not as it is now
It also consisted of what you call now as
Pakistan ,Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Part of China known as Tibet , Myanmar, Nepal, Sri-Lanka and many more parts of land from the nearby countries .
Which broke after the fudes after independence
You can seperate the countries but not the food and culture
Also If it's famous in Pakistan it doesn't means that it's Originated in Pakistan 🙂
@@avishekchakrabarty2560 pulao isn't Indian. It's originally mongolian. It was refined during the Mughal empire and then became what it is today. It's found all over the world, even western countries have a version they call pilaf.
@@johnnycashew9101 yep thanks for clarifying Idk why indians can't just let pakistani items be appreciated without nosing
@@cutiepie-ke7vj I just meant the Pakistani style of making similar dishes. The flavor profiles are quite different!
n Eid this is my favorite dish. I like this more than beef pulao and wayyyy tastier then mutton pulao. I kinda just love the the texture of lamb with rice and with the raita is chef's kiss

I hear u gimme ur Instagram there we knw eachother.
Lamb is definitely my favorite meat and I can say This looks extremely appetizing.
Judging by the size of the rice seed, it must be taste so good.
You make everything perfectly authentic. This is exactly how my ama makes it. ❤
You forgot it is very famous in Pakistan 💀
This is Afghanistans national dish and it is really good paired with Salata! It is a salad consisting of certain vegetables drenched in lemon! You should try to make it just look up afghan salalta recipe
I can never cook basmati rice properly I’ve followed so many tutorials and it always ends up like mashed potato’s. I put one cup of rice and wash it until the water is clear and then add two cups of water boil and then lower the heat for 10-15 minutes and it’s supposed to be perfect but always comes out sticky and like mashed potato’s🤣 HEEEEELP!
Same happened with me but now now. There are some simple tricks.
No matter what ever the packet says atleast soak your rice for 35 to 40 minutes atleast.
And take a measuring cup. If you are cooking 250 grams of rice then you need 500 grams of stock. That's simple for every cup you need 2 cups of the liquid.
For example cooking 1kg rice means you need 2 kg stock. You can never go wrong.
Plus be a little generous with oil. You can cut oil in biryani as it has boiled rice but you can never cut oil in pulao. It ruined the pulao. Pualo should be oily once cooked.
Truse me follow my rules.
Whenever cooking bastmati soak it for atleast 35 to 40 minutes. Then use double the amount of stock or even if you have less stock like if you are cooking 1 kg rice and you have 1.5 kg stock. Then simply ad half kg water. No issue. Just check the salt again.
hassan aftab you're doing it the right way here are some more tips.. Try adding 1 tsp plain vinegar or lemon juice when water is about to dry at the end .. it will prevent rice from sticking and don't cover them at the end more than 8 mins..
Too much water, remove cover, let it dry without cover!
Dont keep stirring the rice, just let it cook, ok, good luck!
Extremely talented man
We eat this in India too! Love this!
This makes my desi soul happy
Dude I love your channel.!!! You remind me of my first headchef. Calm and good
I am indian but I like your videos
As a PAKISTANI this is my favorite dish 😋😝💞
I happened to see this video once and forgot to subscribe you !! I have been looking for you a while and finally 🥰☺️
Bro That's what I call A Good pulao
Love from India
It’s crazy how this dish is so universal but just different names. I’m Punjabi my brother and I know we call this dish pulao, but my friends who are from Uzbekistan have the same dish in their culture but they call it Pilaf. Delicious nonetheless! Keep up the great content brother
That looks so good and delicious 😋💕
This is a work of art
Just made this and it turn out delicious 😋 thank you so much?? Is this your mums recipe? By the way are you on ticktok??
This looks amazing!
I am an idian and I love Pualo so thanks for making it way way better for me!

Good work
Now I'm craving for this ❤
Delicious, us Uzbeks love this stuff lol
I agree on every part except for the garlic, my mum always says never add garlic to any type of meat except for chicken, so you get more flavour 😋
THANK YOU SOO MUCH YOU SAID PULAV INSTEAD OF VEG BIRYANI ONLY REAL NON VEG INDIANS OR OTHERS WHO KNOW ABOUT IT WILL UNDERSTAND
Love your recipes man! 🙈😁 🇲🇺
Thank you so much for this!!
Ib ate this pulao at my sister's house and asked her for recipe ..and here I am to tell u this is one of the best arabic food I ever eat.....thanks billion to you bro❤
Love your food content. Such amazing recipes. P.s. you resemble Ranveer Singh quite a lot
I like how you didn’t add ground spices. The way you cooked the rice is really nice. In my opinion, lamb shouldn’t be cooked heavily with garlic, the taste of it will be hidden by the garlic. Garlic is best with chicken, not lamb.
Daamm that looks perfect 👌
Looks delicious
Nice recipe
This is Simple But Very Tasty 😋🤤
Pulao is my fav Desi Food especially my moms
Pretty much Biryani types isn't it 😍😍😍 by the way lots of good vibes from Calcutta
Yess both dishes have rice
You had me at “cooked inlamb stock! It’s happening now.+
I live for this.
Well done for 1m subscribers
Man you are my desi snoop dog
Everyone saying is more tender in the oven but I try this recipe and the meat melts is so so so tender
Looking yummy and eating it with hands is 🔥🤤
That's why I believe in the saying "banane waale ke haath mai jaadu hota hai" coz lamb or mutton is a tricky thing to make and not everyone can do it properly.
Holy crap that looks really appetizing
I love Pulao! My gdandmather makes mostly chicken, it's so good and it fall's off the bone. I love my cultural food, even if I don't eat it often.
I like the way you tell everyone the ingredients as you go cuz now I am able to make it unlike Patrick 😅
My mother makes this and it’s amazing you should also make some dhal and chicken kebab
You've made me hungry bro
That looks 🔥
Looks delicious don’t add music
