I always do it in reverse, parking at the slate mine but it does not get much better for views, on a clear day no matter which way you do it. Loved the time-lapse, I could have sat there for hours getting that and last time I was on Dale Head with a friend you could not see your hand in front of you. It's great to be recognised, especially when the person is real nice and has got some enjoyment out of the videos, cheers Alan
Very enjoyable Mal , I nearly went to Buttermere on the same day but I went to southern uplands instead 😂 . I do love that area especially high stile and red pike . Camped on high snockrigg a few times as the views from it are beautiful . Tfs atb Dave
