Can you help with 543xp muffler mod? U remove the baffle, drill a hole trough the muffler? But not trough the whole thing? Do you weld the baffle back on?
I am thinking maybe that is a non-EPA saw and with out a catalytic converter. I wonder what country he is in. All of these saw videos and nobody ever shows the serial tag for reference. I can get an EPA version for US 125 but after some reading I heard it is not a true Husqvarna by design, but rather labled Husqvarna.

Remove the deflector and make a big hole through the all layers
Braze a new deflector
