Hi Anita! tortilla Bhature idea is awesome! Chhole masala looks very good too!
Could you help me by suggesting - how should i make and pack Methi na Thepala to send them from india to usa so that it will remain feesh.
How much should i roast the Thepala ; should i roast them kachcha pakka or full roasted? And how to use it after opening the packet in USA?
Should they be roasted while using?
Mainly how to pack it so that they taste fresh and good.

We need to roast full so they don't get spoil bec it will take more than 24 hours Generally
And use oil to roast it instead of ghee then it will Stay more soft and fresh plus use lil more oil than regular for softness in this case
We do this way and you just need to warm it no need to roast it much
When we go for vacation we do same dear
I hope it will be helpful

I live in Toronto and also grow veggies like you in my backyard, some of the veggie plants i see in your blog, i cant find it here. i usually get ready plants because summer is very short here in Toronto, even shorter than Atlanta.
