But I'm sure his wormhole nail can, since it goes into another dimension. An example would be Johnny shoots a Wormhole nail at Gojo, the thing just bypasses Infinity and hits him. All of Gojo's cells would be spun and he dies. But Gojo has the six eyes, so idk if that detects nails but if it does he can dodge them. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though, I'm just basing all of this on a vague memory of a METAs video
