This client are both young couples that travels frequently back and forth from Malaysia & Singapore. So they wanted a home that gives them a cozy and welcoming vibe that makes them comfortable to reside in.

Love it. Never thought of skylight for lighting. But will definitely give it a shot, (am living in a double storey terrace house too. The lighting in this type of house is really a concern. Its dark without lights

one thing i love about this design is have kitchen on their own separated from main house just like you said have the smells within kitchen going outside.
Thanks. Great videos and great contents. We have many architects and many builtforms. There are new buildings being built everyday, there are new areas being cleared for new builtforms.
Sadly good architecture is very rare. Our society is too busy trying to make a living, we forgot to sit back and appreciate the beauty around us.
Our architects designed builtforms without architecture.
For me architecture is the philosophy behind the builtform. Anyone can build but only architects were trained to give architecture to the builtform.

Like your 天窗design (Sky window) at the wet kitchen. It let natural light come in, with privacy space. What r the safety measure to prevent ppl from breaking in through the 天窗。

I want to do exterior remodelling for my house. Its a 1970s design bungalow and I want a modern looking home like this. Now I'm still looking for designers who can remodel the entire exterior and interior to modern contemporary design. And I want an additional room with 21x14x30 ft dimensions to be turned into my private home cinema.
