Put my order in as soon as it was announced. Was a bit bummed when they pushed the release date but it's cool. Love the Coral Blue Venom, and as soon as I saw the gear APG with a stronger cover I knew I needed to have one. Appreciate the review.

Drilled this ball for a friend of mine. It is really good. Much rounder and more continuous than the Shock.
I got to see you throw this at the Kokomo Classic on March 21. It was awesome to see you bowl in person after watching your videos for so long.

Never change and nice review ❤😂 We struggle to get Motiv balls here in England, no proper main distributor since covid or maybe ever, but now with the exchange rate, import costs too and inflation etc. All the remaining pro shop owners need to club together and do a big order to make it worthwhile I suppose. Balls are already way more expensive here, rarely get discounted or by much. Will try to get my hands on one though! Wanted the Blue Coral but that wasn't possible at the time. Anyway, good luck at your next PBA event 🍀
I loved the Shock in other people's hands, but I think I like this Venom the best. That shape is undeniably nice.
I’ve had the shock for over 2 years now without looking what exactly is the difference it’s a little more aggressive?
I don't usually pair up well with asyms but I love this ball! 757 first 3 games. Even though it's a solid it pairs nicely with the shock.
This will definitely be in my bag. Wanted a rounder version of the Shock. Here it is. Good step down from my Forge Flare.
How would you compare the shock to the flare and then both to the black venom?
@@andre3263 Flare is just a completely different animal. From what I've seen, you need a lot of volume to use it and it's silly how much the thing hooks for a symmetric. Black Venom is somehow slightly cleaner than the Shock but smoother off the backend.
Knocked out my first 700 series (710) and threw twelve straight strikes (in two games unfortunately 😭) with my Coral Venom. I've had ridiculous amounts of good games with the Motiv Venom line, I look forward to adding this ball to my collection and racking up some more high games with it.

curious as to how this ball pairs with or compares to the Venom Shock and Jackal Ghost? I do like this ball but is it worth getting if I'm already running those two?

I'm currently throwing the raw solid and wondering how this compares? I also have an old venom panic that I use polished up every now and then but haven't even thrown one more recent than a shock. Appreciate the content🤘
Direct comparison between the two (having only rolled the Black Venom and observed the Raw Solid), the two balls are very similar. The combination of cover (3K on the Hammer and 4K on the Motiv) and core (symmetric vs asymmetric) yield similar shape and response on the lane with the Black Venom providing a little more flexibility in layout choices and a little more angle down lane. The hammer is a little earlier and rounder, but only negligibly different.
I might have to give Motiv a chance after this review.

Just got the ball yesterday and drilled the same way as my exotic gem but this was smoother also hooked alot during league last night

You can't beat strikes. But this ball gets there without ever wiggling at the break point. It's one of those balls that turns the corner and never stops going left.
I'm just curious to know, what is the pin placement of this ball, and what is the top weight of this ball you threw??

Suggestions on how it should be drilled for a rh bowler, my pso suggested pin down ring finger to take the sharpness out and it doesn’t move at all just skids and now I use it for a spare ball😢

Wanted to ask you what is the difference between the blue coral venom and the black one. I read about each one and the numbers are the same I believe.
