GHOSTFACE & RAEKWON Crashed NAS Concert, GHOSTFACE Calls NAS the BEST RAPPER Over JAY-Z in BROOKLYN!
This mans body of work is insane, dropping shootouts, and 40-16 plus fever, the ability to remember old to new stuff and everything in between is mad, GOAT
Shootout surprised me dope show
Amen say it again haha Nas #1 beside my #top5deadoralive he is my favorite artist
Shootouts is my sh*t this hands down the best live performance I’ve seen out of nas.. most of the time his breathing isn’t right lol.. this is a classic performance
Rakim trackkist is better
That was the thing about Nas in the past I been to concerts and he would forget lyrics. His bars aren't basic so I understood it. He would also take request from the crowd at some of his shows
Nas has the lyricism of Rakim, the wordplay of Kool G Rap, the awareness of Chuck D, the knowledge of KRSONE, the metaphors of Big Daddy Kane, the storytelling of Slick Rick and the longevity of LL Cool J. He's half man, half amazing
well put 👏🏼
Facts! Perfect artist! Golden child of the Golden era.
…if he had the heart of Pac he would’ve been a different beast…still a beast though
@@emiLydad not possible without being killed.
The wordplay of Kool G Rap.... 😂 This is what he would like!!
I love that Nas is doing 3 decades of music and haven’t missed a step. His memory is in tact, and his stage presence has improved tremendously. This is a tone of one MC. Imo, The greatest.
1:40-Verbal Intercourse
5:56- The Message
6:32- Hate Me Now
9:44-Got Yourself A Gun
12:24-TSK
13:40- It Ain’t Hard to Tell( paid in full remix)
15:25- Get Down
17:20- Applause- New York Boroughs Shout outs
19:16-Fever
20:42-Represent
21:43-40-16 Building
22:30- Shoutouts
23:16- Phone Tapped
24:00- Halftime To One Love
25:23 - Memory Lane
27:10 - Acappela of Memory Lane Verse
29:00- New York State of Mind
☮️ 22:30 is Shootouts
After 40-16 it's Shootouts from It Was Written
Thank you
@@ndeed725 Thanks for that
@@DeuceZThanks for letting me know
I was at this Barclays Center concert last night, floor seats. Aside from Posdnous mic not being on during part of De La’s opening set the show was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love how the Wu made us wait before they unleashed Method Man on us. Ghost had me amped when he came out rockin the eagle bracelet. Nas is my favorite MC of all time and he did not disappoint.
I was so tight initially when Meth wasn’t there. Amazing show, floor seats were 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾
Thanks for recording and sharing with us Nas fans!❤
I used to see Nas perform and I didn’t think he had enough breath control and maybe because he was hyped up seeing people responding to him like that but I now have a new respect for it what he does, peace, God
I used to critique Nas for lack of breath control during live shows too especially in comparison to a Black Thought or AZ or KRS or Kendrick. Being there last night put him in a new light for me. He had an energy and command of the stage, and even breath control that I haven’t seen him have in his younger years. There were moments like you said, where he got hype at time off the love the audience gave him and at times he stopped just to hear us rap his lyrics since so many of us fans know every word. Based on this show, Nas’s stage game is now catching up marvelously to his pen game.
I wish y’all would have seen the MSG performance it was flawless. His Stage Performance improved so much. To do this without a hypeman isn’t easy
@@sayeyadolo6875 the growth is real. He’s better than ever, that’s what we should all strive to be in our lives in whatever we do.
Nas grew as a performer when he toured with Damian Marley on the Distant Relatives tour. He came back from that tour a beast. As a person who's seen Nas perform numerous times (8-10), he's grown exponentially as a live performer.
DAMN DUDE HE'S HUMAN MAN...BRO BEEN ON TOUR MOST OF THE YEAR PLUS RECORDING ALBUMS...
The energy last night was unbelievable real hip-hop in NYC classic we were shouting either but it was all love
Tsk is an instant classic
I luv that track
Magic 3 🔥🔥🔥.TSK, No Tears, Spechless 2, Sitting with my Thoughts, Based on True Events pt 1 & 2, Japanese Soul Bar, Love this Ferling, Blue Bently & more
I was there last night 9/27/23! GREAT SHOW!!!!
Me too
I was there too floor seats
I was there fortunate to have front row seats, absolutely amazing show!!
I wish I was there...
Reakwon the Chef....
nas’ verse on verbal intercourse is still one of his best
By far
Nas is one of the greatest ever if not the greatest. Glad to say I've seen him perform twice on stage. He never had a bad album I feel. Salute to the legend. 🫡
AGREED 😤💯💯💯✊🏾
@@gutz2634 Thanks for agreeing. 💪🏻
Not even a single bad album
@@thedeepassignment6316 Glad you agree.
ever time I see this tour footage, I hope they bring the same energy to the shows in Canada. looks like they all got that energy going and every shows been crazy
I never wrote down a word of NAS's NY State of Mind II but somehow memorized it only after a few listens..."I'm at the gambling spot, my hands on the knot, NY Yankee cap cover my eyes stand in one spot...

This Tour Is EPIC, we got see them last week in NASHVILLE @ Bridgestone Arena, NAS catalog is SUPREME…Wutang Clan Rocked The Building Sunn, With The Kung-Fu Flick during an intermission….YDB you made US & Your Pop’s OG ODB Proud Fam…!!! The Drummer For Nas was out of this World 🌍…Got to be a QuestLove protege…!!!
I drove almost 3 hours from Memphis to catch the concert and it was well worth the drive. I’ve never seen so many Wu-tang t-shirts in one place in my life. Me and my homeboy had a great time. It was incredible watching Rae, Ghostface and Nas perform Verbal Intercourse live. I lost it when Nas and Rae did their verses from Eye for a Eye despite the mic trouble Rae had when he did his verse. The band live band was phenomenal. If you’re a fan of any of these artists, do yourself a favor and check the tour out, you won’t regret it. ✌🏾
Wow he performed 40-16. And shoot outs. Back to back ??? Sheeeshhhhh
I went last night...smh..people be looking in awe of Nas....
I ALWAYS WISHED THEM 3 MADE AN ALBUM WHEN THIS FIRST CAME OUT 🐐🐐🐐
Dey cab do it now
At this point, if you don't have Nas as the GOAT, it's personal bias. Because you can't name another rapper with a better catalog from the beginning..... and he's not even done!!
#NasTheGOAT
Not even done I reiterate there’s no debate not even one, head and shoulders above beyond test this man is simply the best like that 80’s song go listen to the kings catalog then we can have creative dialog ! 💥
Im surprsied the STANS havent creeped in here yet.
Thank you for this.
I've never been to a Nas concert, but I've watched many online. Out of all of his live concerts that I've seen this is the one I would have like to been at. Something about his energy here. Happy birthday to Nas and best of health, happiness and more success to him.
I've seen him 3 times! He's Dope as performer as well! Nas & Krs my Longevity 🐐🐐
Congrats! Was his energy as fire as this performance?@@2KILLAVILLE
@ImpTheGreat Yes! Especially seeing him last year with the WU..has so much catalogue now too!! I hope you have chance to see him live one day!!
I see him at Roundhouse in London, was ducking quality 👌
I'm unsure what "was ducking quality means"? @@manuel_winde
Thanks for the memories Nasir
Amazing quality! Feels like I'm at the show.
I cant put into words how dope this is to me. Its indisputable who the top dawg is in hiphop. His catalog hasn’t aged, its just as dope now as it was then. Salute to Esco and to Broadcast Houston for the upload. Peace
Nas, Ghost and Raekwon, Legends.
Thank uuuuu
AZ should've open up for this tour
Mann it’s probably a pipe dream dream at this point, but if we could just see him perform that uncut raw or ho happy jackie one time on the big stage …
These guys making thousands and millions from their work in the 90s it’s amazing . Nas going eat forever he got classics since the golden era
Yo... when I hear 90's hip hop... I tear up like my mom when she used to watch old movies.
Shout out to Nas and the WU 👐

Shit was epic 1 of the best concerts I have been to
He is.👑NY💎
got yourself a gun sounds so good over thief's theme beat...
My life will be complete if they do this in Vegas this week
Nas did the Hate Me Now song and everbody STILL is hating on Puffy. People claimed they got 2Pac's killer, but that dude been dead. So they gotta place the blame on somebody. right?
We’ve known for years He was in the car so he part of it. He self snitched, violated his agreement with police and wrote a book. So it is what it is.
The Tom Brady of the Rap Game! Was the GOAT, didn't do much for a minute then came back like it was 96-99 again! One of only a cpl old school rappers that still relevant and still more popular than 99% of today's "Artists"
👑
Brooklyn born Queens raised! It’s only right!🐐
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The Drummer is a beast!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Nas needs to start performing his third verse on Hate Me Now, it's probably the best verse on that song. Alternatively, when he says "second to none" in that third verse, he can transition to Meet Joe Black"
Crazy 365 🗣️
👐🏿
THE GOAT
Number 1 Goat 💯💯💯
Goat!! Ghost x Rae x Nasir needed a whole album!!
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
My brother and i where there that night, epic!
Got Yourself A gun over the Thiefs Theme beat is 🤌🏾
What Biggie beat did he rhyme over?
I wonder how many people in the crowd know who Frank White is in the King of NY clip, which Biggie took on as a moniker

@@vernonjohnson1198 Rakim doesn't make music or concerts anymore
@@uncledrew6173 you’re seriously telling a straight up lie clown 🤡 and that seriously goes to show you that you don’t know anything about the hip hop culture history because he just did the track called God Flow and wonder early this year and he’s was just in MTV for the 50 years of hip hop anniversary tour with LL cool J and he’s on latto new video called technique and he’s working on a new album with dj jazzy Jeff who’s on that same tour,,,so make sure you know what you’re talking about before you say some ignorant bull shit that you just said clown 🤡 you are a bias ass listener at best and Rakim was in the new sprite commercial with both latto and nas,,,, and nas doesn’t do track notes like God Flow and wonder,,,,, and Rakim has the deepest lyrical contect and message in the entire hip hop culture history because it’s about knowledge of self and spirituality and nas is always repetitive,,, and magic 2 and 3 were pure trash 🗑️,,, and like Jay said illmatic is all that nas has to his name,,, and can’t even spit holy are you and life after you die by Rakim,,,real talk and facts

Untitled - Is a very good album, has aged well & will stand the test of time due to its content.
HHID - Good album, has aged well
I Am - Good album, has aged well, original version would have been Classic if not for sabotage by Record Label & Leaking it.
LT2 - Good, some very good highs, but more lows
SD - Good, it would have been very good if just 1 album instead of 2LP has aged well.
Nasir - Feels rushed, with 1-2 Excellent tracks.
Nastradamus - OK, the highs are special, which would have been on I Am, but too many lows for me, but has aged well.
