Simply Good Chicken Casserole Fast and Easy Recipe
Simply Good Chicken Casserole
3 or 4 chicken breast cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 (10 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can of cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces of sour cream
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers crushed
¼ cup of butter melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil chicken for 12 minutes and then cut into bite size pieces
Spray a 7 X 11 casserole dish
Spread one sleeve of the Ritz crackers on bottom of dish
Combine chicken, soups, sour cream in a bowl
Spread over the bottom layer of crackers
Salt and pepper lightly to taste
Spread another sleeve of crackers on top
Drizzle with the melted butter
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
Cover with foil in the last 10 minutes to keep it from getting to dark
Let cool for a few minutes before serving
Serve and Enjoy !!!

I've made this cassarole before & it's so DELICIOUS I don't put the crackers on the bottom because it becomes soggy after a while and for the top I mix the butter and crackers together and sprinkle over the top 😋 happy anniversary to you too

Cornbread, Marie bought the kittens for her grandmother years ago when she lived in the highrise on Fifth Avenue. After her grandmother passed, Marie got them. There is a mother cat that goes with the set also. We will try to show the whole set in a future video.

Marie I don’t believe I have seen you make this casserole before., have you make a cabbage casserole before .? My husband didn’t like fried yellow squash, but he liked them in a casserole, I think that was strange, he didn’t like fried green tomatoes, now I think that was real strange. There’s not very many foods that I don’t like. Growing up we were taught to learn to like all foods. God bless
