Background :
In the past month, a large-scale conventional offensive from the Union of Sovereign Patriots (USP), has taken the CDF by surprise. We have judged that their goal is to take the regional capital of the Kuznetsov Region, Belozersk. 40th SUVB along with multiple other brigades such as 1st Mountain Infantry Brigade, 9th Mechanized Brigade, and the 163rd National Guard Infantry Battalion have responded to the crisis. Our responsibility is to take back the villages of Pryvilne and Zdaromohyne from the USP to prevent them from using the M3 highway running through the settlements.
