I want Mr freeze, scarecrow, joker and harley in Pattinsons next film. That would be epic. I'd love to see ivy again but that would be to many villians in 1 film.
This version of Bane clearly has the physical strength to kill anyone in a single blow yet accomplishes nothing in the entire movie and is quickly beaten.

Crazy how similar this scene is to the meeting of Batman and Bane in the sewers in 'The Dark Knight Rises', the railing of the platform they are first standing on, the punch that Bane grabs.
Poison Ivy is a liar. I don't recall ever finding a Poison Ivy action figure that came with, and I use this term loosely, Bane.
It was a VERY rare set, most merch from this film and Forever were around, Got a 2 face, Riddler and Mr freeze ( (his face is, just like arnie, pretty close sculpt, and good figure) I have a bane, but not the movie version, finding a photo is hard, ebay or collector meets, may have 1.
Dumb-down Bane, anyway Poison Ivy is real hot, except for stuff above her eyes..
@@ScarysReviews A long while back, I found a lone Ivy action figure at a local comic book store. Had a lot of great stuff, but unfortunately they went out of business back in February or March this year. They had a lot of rare figures and comics and such. Hell, even had a 7' Jar Jar statue they were selling for 3 grand (asked about that one myself out of curiosity)

In Batman Returns the sets looks fake too, Batman and Batman forever was impressive show for the big screen, returns an this was more like a tv show, with lazy sequences and weak montage, but the Nolan trilogy was like a long hallmark TV movies 😴😴

I totally forgot that Batman fought Bane on a walkway in this movie... 15 years before TDKR.
15 years earlier he defeated bane at a walkway, then 15 years later bane defeated batman on a walkway in DKR. Two different timelines that has one alternate scene.
Nolan probably did that deliberately, he loves including homages in his movies. Obviously he did that with Bane breaking batman's back in tdkr but he also does it in a scene of TDK when the joker calls in to predict his next hit (an homage to the Joker's first appearance in batman comics) and in the same scene a man with a name that sounds like mysteries (Mr Reese) has tried to blackmail Bruce using the knowledge of his identity as the batman (an homage to E. Nygma finding out batman's identity in the comics and blackmailing Bruce)

Bane is the most strategic and intelligent Batman villain in the comics. He never let his hubris get the better of him. He didn’t confront Batman guns blazing expecting his incredible strength alone to end him. He ran Batman through a gauntlet of all the people he put in Arkham asylum before finding the perfect time to strike and “break the Bat.” He even knew immediately the first time he saw Bruce Wayne that he was the Batman. That’s a secret Bruce managed to keep for years from all his other adversaries, but Bane wasn’t fooled for a second.
And then there’s this Bane. He looks pretty neato.

Actually, his name was Jeep Swenson, and he died the same year this movie came out.
The comic adaptation was better. Instead of shoving Robin into a vat of melted ice cream, Batman just straight up decks him.

One thing that would have potentially saved this movie is at 3:15-3:18, rather than have it be liquid ice cream, instead make it a chemical similar to what the Joker fell in, and then after emerging, he slowly descends into madness coupled with the anger and jealousy between him and Batman concerning Poison Ivy's seduction, and at the end credits of the movie, it shows Robin alone in the Bat Cave, looking over a modified suit, complete with a Red Hood mask, foreshadowing him becoming Red Hood. Now i realize that the Red Hood from the Comics and Arkham series is the Jason Todd Robin while this version of Robin is Dick Grayson, it would still make this movie better and would have probably given a better chance for there to be a sequel to this movie. Plus, it would be a perfect villain because unlike previous villains in this Batman Film Series, Dick Grayson personally knows Batman/Bruce Wayne, not as long or as much as Alfred knows him, but still he knows him personally. That would mean he would be a more difficult villain to combat since he knows Batman's strengths, gadgets and technology, as well as weaknesses. It would be similar to the fight between Batman and Bane in the Dark Knight Rises where Batman's tactics are ineffective considering both men have been trained by the League of Shadows. Even though Robin at the end of this film finally learns to see through Poison Ivy's seduction and pheromones, the growing jealousy between him and Batman, as well as Poison Ivy suggesting Robin have his own signal, could instill a sense of new found jealousy where he doesn't want to be a side kick but rather the new Batman, and while he works to take down crime, he tries to interfere with Batman so that he can get that level of glory. I know this probably sounds stupid or has some errors in this massive paragraph but it's just an idea i had.
I actually agree with you. And funny because I'm doing something like that in my Batman fanfiction novel. I'm using Dick Grayson but combining he and Jason's story together. So after Dick is beaten badly by Joker and left for dead, Brother Blood comes and resurrects him to use as a assassin to take over Gotham. Brother Blood successfully brings back Dick, but Dick still carries his memories from his encounter with Joker. So as he wakes up he kills nearly every Brother Blood's henchmen and runs off, where he takes the persona as Red Hood after hearing the things Joker told him before his death.
This isn't the plot for the story, but just what happens in it. The real plot is Joker trying to drive Batman into madness turning him into the monster he hides. Which is why he kills Dick. This book will also bring in The Batman Who Laughs, but instead of having super powers like the original, he's just a insane Batman who loses his shit after Dick's death.
I really like how you made that plot, I really believe that would've worked if they went that route.

It's a shame Uma Thurman wasn't around during the 1960's, as her Poison Ivy would fit perfectly in the old Adam West Batman show.
Well, that's because the show premiered around the same time as Poison Ivy was being created. So, if I had to guess, they probably couldn't find an actress who was good enough to portray Poison Ivy or she was never considered. And Thurman wasn't even born yet when the show premiered.
