Betty is a riot in this ... and looks AMAZING at 43! WOW ... she's got great comedic timing, even during this dry period in her career.

This is written by Harlan Ellison and
Betty Hutton is spot on. And this was the " dry period " in her career. Damn impressive.

Anne Helm and Joan Blondell both starred in Elvis Presley movies.

betty Hutton and Gene Barry were competitors of a sort in 1960 . Her CBS sitcom was on opposite to a fading Bat Masterson starring Barry on NBC .They were both losers in the Thursday night rating war to the ground gaining Donna Reed sit com on ABC. Which poses a question ? Do actors of failed TV programs have any resentment to the more popular programs opposite manned by other actors .I hate to think of all the programs which were canceled on CBS and their stars during the heyday of Bonanza from 1961 to 1968 having ill will towards Lorne Greene , Michael Landon and Dan Blocker .

Excuse me ~ where is the remainder of the episode? She is having one hot hissy fit, because she has to revise her plans. She wanted her pound of flesh.

No butt at all, a sign of heavy drug reliance, forgoing food. Still, a great singer-dancer-actress. Remarkably, she made it to 86.

Au-contraire/Unfair: Betty always had a cute littlegirl booty, and in this scene she has matured into a more womanly woman with a perfectly fabulous fine foxy formidable flouncy & fashionably well-developed fancy dancers derrierre to make even the fussiest most assthetic aficionado stop & stare & give three cheers! Hip-hip-hip-hooray!

Ronnie Kahn I don't know how you accomplish it, but you even write with a lisp.

A butt or lack thereof has more to do with genetics. Some people can’t ever get one no matter what they do, others can’t get rid of theirs even when they’re emaciated. It’s not a sign of drug activity and/or consumption or lack of consumption of food.

@@misskim2058I really thing that mainly those pants were too tight and not a very good design. I have some that flatten my butt. It happens.

I agree . But so did Lana Turner and Judy Garland and I suppose other WWII types .
Having a meaty behind did not come in vogue to post war days.
