But i also don't own Bianca so i don't really have a side by side comparison other than the times bianca is available as a trial character.

Defiintely appreciate the mention to just pull whoever you like. Pulling for meta as a F2P is basically pointless, since you'll be stuck always riding the power creep, and you've got no chance of being highly competitive in modes like Pain Cage anyway.
The average time it takes for a character in pgr to be powercrept is like 2 years. And even then is not like all the 'old' characters area so far behind that is useless in comparison, they are good, just there's a better option. It totally makes sense to meta as f2p, because you are able to keep up with it
I remember reading through the Cradle Parade patch notes and seeing this in December. Ever since I’ve been saving my blue tickets. I’m at 23/60 right now and have about 7500 blue tickets to spend. Hopefully I’ll have enough by Cradle Parade to not need to spend any BC.

It's easy to get a base A rank construct to SSS for free once you are an end game player, since you will have a lot of unused purple fragments at that point and you can trade it for the shards. So, yes, I think yours is not a wise decision...

I think you can still pull for Qu shukra even if you pull this 100% banner before her debut Kuro gives so many yellow tickets for free in cradle parade patch (i have around 5 k from this patch alone )and during polaris bond patch (Qu shukra ) you get 10 pulls free so if you manage the events alone you can get enough for pulling both wata and qu You may not get qu's sig weapon but you can roll it for later ✌️

I'm probably going for Bianca on this banner, Lamia on her limited banner, and then enter saving mode for Qu or, most likely, Luna. I love Luna, and since I knew I was going for Lamia, I didn't pick her in the selector (or her weapon). Oblivion will probably be my go-to Luna, but I'm still unsure because of some factors.
"Pull who you love". Well this is where it gets really hard. The 2 you mentioned are the only 2 i consider interesting in that regard from the roadmap. I dont know if Qu: Shukra gets a special skin with additional effects etc like Bianca: Stigmata did ?. But although she herself look great. I did not fancy the feel/look of her abilities at all. On the other hand Watanabe: Epitaph is looking good in both regards. And as a fire character works with Liv: Empyrea, who is still considered future proof so far if i'm not mistaken and has a sweet skin incoming up aswell.

I am EXTREMELY lucky to have pulled Weave from BRS' banner, however I think the guide on what S-rank to get is a little off so let me help: The primary goal for a new account is to AT LEAST have 1 dps per element. A tank CAN work, but the main goal is to get dps. Use the selector to get what S-rank you enjoy playing FIRST, then try picking up other S-rank dps'. If you have BRS, don't worry about watanabe, since you can at least pick him up later. But DEFINITELY get the ice dps. The WORST choice you can make is Bianca stigmata, because we have 2 events that will give her copies coming up, with one being a selector going up to her. Once you have a dps for each element, THEN focus on collecting them all. Tank>Healers/Enhancers. Wait on fire though as Lucia Pyroath comes after the start of the Gen 3 characters, which all come with special effects that are also found on A-rank characters. These special affixes allow for more flexible team comps which is why DPS>all since they will allow you to mix elements sometimes. So PLEASE plan accordingly. Recommendation: Weave or Lamia as your first S-rank since either is really good although Lamia needs her weapon more than Weave does. You can also buy the middle and high level for the Battle pass to get enough tickets to buy frags for older characters and get someone like OG alpha to carry physical until they give the free Stigmatas. Just some stuff I researched from getting into the game this patch.

After they leaked Lucia's New S rank, I've decided that I'll want to build a Fire team with them and Wata, however before that I've always wanted Qu and my first 40 pulls gave me Ayla, convincing me to make an Ice team. I missed Crimson Weave so for my Blue selector I'll probably get her as being at 40/60 pity already and got the 5k i need to hit it. My fire and physical teams are done anyway just need to grab the Lighning Ice and Dark mains now as they come out.

Thanks for pointing out that there will be two back to back S rank patches. Waiting 2 months is a bit much for a new player so I'm probably getting Hyperreal so I have an attacker for every element if I think I'll have enough BC for those 2 patches.

If you planned to get No.21 (the cat) then I also recommend you to get Alpha Crimson Weave (strongest lightning damage dealer in game) prioritise to get her and Vera Garnet (Best lightning tank), you can get her for free from the S rank selector on top left called [Guide]

currently trying to decide between choosing dark karen and s wata leaning more to picking karen atm, im not exactly lacking bc as a f2p (currently sitting at 65k) so im not concerned about not being able to get both wata and qu and with lamia releasing the same patch as the new banner thing id like to have the proper full meta dark team as its easily the weakest team i have atm.

I'll do feral later, alpha cw comes first, planning to get her in anniversary
And as for my blue cards I'll save it up for the upcoming powerhouses at the end of 2024
I missed Crimson Weave so for my Blue selector I'll probably get her as being at 40/60 pity already and got the 5k i need to hit it. My fire and physical teams are done anyway just need to grab the Lighning Ice and Dark mains now as they come out.

As a person who has 0 blue tickets and only 0/60, I feel like I will have to save up these blue tickets forever. I've already completed the beginner's missions a long time ago, so there's nothing left for me...
Thanks for pointing out that there will be two back to back S rank patches. Waiting 2 months is a bit much for a new player so I'm probably getting Hyperreal so I have an attacker for every element if I think I'll have enough BC for those 2 patches.
Currently sitting at 59/60. Gonna use it to grab Feral Scent and save up my spare BC to get Lee Hyperreal and Lamia. Then i'll save up for Watanabe and Qu.
in that double s rank timeframe, i'd probably go for watanabe then use the blue target to get qu if i don't have enough bc's

Ngl, this sums up a lot of the Blue Target feature, so, I’ll just save my Blue Tick for the remaining character I want, which is I use them for just doing Warzone and PPC, then just gotta enjoy with Un once again 😂

If you planned to get No.21 (the cat) then I also recommend you to get Alpha Crimson Weave (strongest lightning damage dealer in game) prioritise to get her and Vera Garnet (Best lightning tank), you can get her for free from the S rank selector on top left called [Guide]
That selector with vera expired months ago we only have the selectos which have upto luna @@addenanaddenan-fl2if
