@@sanatani2864 The question of who made the error is secondary. Indriyas cause humans to be fallible, and Ramayan recognizes this. Also, it shows us how to grow as a person by learning from our mistakes. Devi Ahalya shown the power of human endeavor, like tapas, in overcoming past faults.
what an awesome scientific process she brings to table. "Questioning" is the key, dont stop questioning when answers are uncertain - mindblowing. Thanks Ami ji !
Namaste Ami mam. First of all thank you so much for such impactful discourses of yours. I am a spiritual seeker and a Past Life Regression Therapist. You have inspired me to read valmiki ramayan on my own but I am really confused as to which one to pick. Can you please help us all seekers by directing us to the correct scriptures! All my wishes are with you! God bless you! ❤🙏😇
Great video, I watched full video. Thought to give very small amount of money, but did not found the UA-cam money transfer option😂. Nothing to show off, but for my khujli satisfaction for my myself only. I like the way she is promoting our real itihas. Thanks to Ami ganatra ji❤🙏, also thanks to Arya Samaj 🚩🔥. Om 🕉🙏

Tulsidas said there are many Ramayan because they happened in different kalpa because time is cyclical in Hinduism. So every yuga the Ramayan is repeated differently with different stories. Same with Mahabharat and this is why there is so many versions of the story
Namaste AmiJi! Thanks for everything that you do. You are such an inspiration. Wanted to share something that I heard regarding Ahalya ( from one of the pravachanams from a scholarly Veda pandit)… As I understand , each ashrama dharma of life has certain boundaries.. so is the gruhasta ashram, which entails one to pursue Dharma, Artha, Kama but not Moksha… because path of moksha is an individual journey…if you want to pursue moksha when in gruhasta ashram, it has be done in alignment with the spouse….Ahalya was in gruhasta ashram but she was so passionately inclined to moksha (unison with God), that when she had that opportunity because of her Tapas shakti, she took that decision unilaterally without consulting with her husband… that’s why she got the shaapa from her husband ….now coming to correlation between unison with God and unison with Indra, Indra is a position and not an individual…And, Parameshawara once occupied that position of Indra and hence Indra is sometimes used to refer to parameshawara. So in a nut shell, ahalya went on to the path of moksha with parameshawara when in gruhasta ashrama , without aligning with her husband, for which she got cursed (freedom from the duties of a wife or dissolution of her responsibility as a wife) to pursue the Tapas….Please excuse me if there are inaccuracies in this…Wanted to share , if it adds any value…Thanks.
Don't take it the wrong way, and people (i.e. the Veda pandit you referred to) can have their own drashtikon, but most of what you penned down seems inaccurate. 1) Ashram Dharmas don't have boundaries, rather they are more so general natural progressions in any individual's life. Therefore, the conclusion that you can't aim for something else in a particular ashram is misinformation. If you're not aiming for moksha at every breath, technically you're failing (not to be taken pessimistically). Gruhastha ashram is obviously for Dharma, Artha, Kaam (i.e. sustenance and progression of life in all aspects, and dealing with karma), but it is most definitely for Moksha. 2) Moksha is an individual journey only because true connection is with us and Bhagwan. However, many individuals are there for us to utilize to help us progress in our journey (not just spouse). Imagine the case where the spouse is a drunkard (how will you ever achieve moksha in that state). There may be deeper meanings to a connection with spouses, but only a realized atman can help you achieve moksha. 3) And the rest is, sorry to say, more absurd. Indra may be a position but is not Parameshwara by any means, nor would Parameshwara have any reason to take that position. How about the idea that Devi Ahalya actually had a lapse of judgement and actually did a wrong deed (not related to moksha)? I don't know who that Veda pandit is, that you're referring to, but I suggest not to listen to him. My amateur 2 cents.
Madam, please clear one doubt. Did Sita wear the clothes of a hermit renouncing her jewels as shown in the serials or was he in her royal clothes when she went to the forest?
at last some one is telling the truth . simply people argue they never study . this madam is the only person who says ramayana and mahabharata as it is

I have a question. I learnt today that Rama sent away pregnant Sita ma even after the agni pariksha to prove her chastisity. As a woman myself, this is deeply troubling. I've always respected and admired Rama and the relationship between Sita ma and Ram. I've bowed down and prayed to Ram. He's God, shouldn't he be perfect? Why did he sent away Sita ma? After all she had done for him? What's the whole truth behind it?
But if Dritarashstra and other could have multiple wives.. Ahalya on the other hand has been meted a very severe punishment..we may say she cheated her husband whereas Dritarashstra formally married his wives...a counter to this would be that multiple marriages were conveniently allowed for men and women were expected to be faithful to one person .... This is a genuine question and not trying to insult any sentiments
the stone or patthar story is common cos even Indian people are getting abrahamicised--from the biblical story of Sodom and Gomorra---Lot and his wife turning into stone--which is in turn coming from greek sources of Medusa.
A lot of the pagan Middle Eastern cultures were influenced by Bharata. The salt pillar is one example. another one is the child left in a basket reeds in a river. This just means that the puranas and bhagavatam texts etc are far older than commonly presumed by Westernized scholars. Ami is not a westernized scholar but she has some of their influences, especially this need to find the "original version"
Ami Ganatra is breaking all myths. 🔥
Madam, your "acha" is a constant in every podcast and every speech 😄. A big fan of your work. I truly thank you for what you are doing.
She also likes saying 'yes' at the end of her sentences especially in podcasts
Great job Ami.
Thank you for bringing out the truth.
A Hindu from Guyana
Namaste🙏 Ami Ji
After listening to this lecture, we gain an accurate grasp of Devi Ahalya's narrative. Ganatra's discourse is exceptional.
Yes I too read Valmiki Ramayan and have been telling to ppl abt d same. Devi Ahalya was enticed by Indra.

A little more nuance... questioning should be done in satvik state.

My two bit that i keep on saying is Valmiki Ramayan is Itihass written by person who sees when it was happening, while Manas is written by a devotee
