Beth Pomponio and SabreMetalPanzer at about 54 seconds-55 you see the Burkart car hop at the, I guess 33o foot lights. The car is loose from the start..too much weight transfer or the tires just a tad too soft...ask your driver what he thinks his own tire pressure was for his run... Irt s to hard to see the Pomponio cars tire bottoms..but I will bet that Phil had a shift point at 330 and it bounced. and stayed bouncing. RUN THE VIDEO at .25 speed and it will tell a lot. Phil did a great job of getting it back, though.
I wonder what was causing Phil's car to bounce like that. I seriously don't know. I certainly hope it isn't the track, they just recently redid the whole racing surface to all concrete either last year or the year before.
Dan said all he was thinking was don't hit the wheelie bar and for Phil not to pull the chutes.
