12:10 - Dairylea - a brand of soft cheese, particularly marketed at children, which comes in triangular packaging. Snooker - a game a bit like pool, but more complicated, where, like pool, some of the balls start off in a triangle.
I worked on the shard when it was being built, I was the crane supervisor, it was so high up they built an Internal crane and lifted it with hydraulics, amazing process, never seen that before or since
When you realise you are dreaming, but you don't wake up and then you realise you can do anything, it's called lucid dreaming. A lot of people can do it quite commonly and, apparently, it is possible to practice and get better at it.
Those old buildings were made out of stone, the first known use of concrete in buildings in the UK was 1817. All the famous Cathedrals and Castles in Britain were built from stone.
Snooker and billiards , played on a larger table are the proper games pool is based on . Dairylea is a round soft cheese divided into individually wrapped triangles . I know a lot of reactors do these clips but this seems a bit too familiar .
Your dreams are all about overcoming your worries, phobias, problems etc. Skiing shows your trying to master a tricky path. Going up the jump, is tackling the issues. Jumping sky high is your success in overcoming obstacles. And landing safely, shows you succeeded without any lasting damage, and ready to move on. 😊😂
There's no harm in wanting to buy a life-size plastic human skeleton - I used to want one when I was ten as I wanted to be a surgeon back then. I bought one off eBay more recently and there's loads of them on there for a very reasonable cost (I think I got one for around £70 which is mental), so there's no reason why NOT to buy a full-size human skeleton if you want to and it doesn't make you a serial killer.
"Wait - snooker: is that a card game?" Connor - you've not been watching Philomena long enough, methinks. Next, you'll be asking how they shuffle the balls, and why players use a long stick over a ridiculously large card table, rather than just their hands - on a smaller one. THESE are the reasons we have people like this lady - to keep us informed. Sort of...😌
Yeah, I think we all have tried to throw a punch and it's like punching under water, it's just not working. I don't know why that is but it seems to be quite universal.
A recurring dream I have is that while Iaying on my back I can make myself float up , it's only 3 or 4 foot which is weird , why no higher ? And a common nightmare I have is while I'm sleeping at my grandparents house a wolf headed man is at the end of the garden staring over the fence ......
Descartes said, 'Cogito ergo sum', to get himself out of the position of radical scepticism, where he doubted his own existence (his Method was the Method of Doubt). It really meant, 'I doubt, therefore I am', as *there has to be something that's doing the doubting*. Philomena said that he said, 'I am, therefore I think', which is the wrong way round. But check this with Marianne Talbot to be on the safe side, as I doubt whether I am correct.
@Connor, What you are experiencing in your dreams is known as "Lucid dreaming". There is a technique to teach yourself how to do this and, supposedly, allows you freedom to direct your dreams.
So, you got your audience figured out. Most viewers are British I assume. Good job on that ;). They produce great series. Can you try the original series of The Office? I believe it's a marvel. Many british great series dont last long too, instead of dragged on season after season only to create money (for example The walking dead. fuck me what a moneygrabdrag....). Mad respect for that. It creates classics
But how can you be so sure that you've only dreamt that dream once? We forget most of our dreams. It's crazy how you can wake up from a dream but can't remember most of it. Fascinating stuff. Although, dreams are just a few seconds long, right? Sue me if I'm wrong. Also, it sucks that the english word for 'garlic' doesn't have the word 'onion' in it, unlike the nordic languages.
generaly i count my fingers before i go sleep, if im not sure or not im awake ill count my fingers if ur asleep ull never be able to count the rite amount lol my dreams are super realistic so it helps lol an ive punched in my sleep loads of time an smacked my headboard many times lol
I feel like the old stone building design has fallen out of use because of how old it is Looking at a building like that makes you immediately believe its 100's of years old, so if you find out it's modern, well the effect's kinda ruined Also it's cheaper to make it out of glass and steel and there isn't much profit incentive behind a nice looking building
A one pence piece or a 5 cent coin cost more to produce than it's worth but that's looking at it as a one time deal ..... The coin is then used in transactions 1000's of times and nessasary to the economy of a country
10:22 many of those experts have no clue who she is and get irritated and that's hilarious!! there is no real acting here on the expert's side for what i believe but i could be wrong
17:25 The issue with that, is that you are assuming this is not just you dreaming... You are comparing deep dream, with this dream. WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP
Yes Snooker is a popular card game here in the UK 😀
😂
🤣
Aye! I mind chalking up a jack of spades!
There actually is a quite popular card game called snooker though!
That's not what she meant here though, obviously.
I prefer a good game of Dairylea than snooker.

Except Coventry Cathedral.
Argos is a famous Catalogue shop in the UK where all of the items have a number.
Is that the huge book one?
@@anetasotys9334 The laminated book of dreams.
agree on all the 'dream chat' glad ya paused to discuss lol great vid as always brother
Dairylea cheese come in little triangular packages and the 15 reds in snooker are placed in a triangle when you set up the table
Have a look for Dairylea Triangles. It’s just a soft cheese cut into portions 😀
Punching in a dream for me is like being in water lol 😂
Dudes over here talking about the possibility to choose a dream and I haven't had a dream in 10 years 😂.
The Renee shown is a bar owning character from a TV sitcom about the French resistance in ww2 called Allo, Allo.
But the guy guy immediately before that really was Rene Descartes.

Déjà vu

Hmm sounds like something a serial killer would say...
“I thought this was serious for a second….” Sweetheart, we have been watching you; watching Philomena for months! Stop kidding us on,darling 😉😘
Derren Brown and Paul McKenna are very famous hypnotists in the UK ... although Brown branches off into other sorts of magic tricks
When you dream where does the light come from? After all, your eyes are shut

the bank of englang is built of stone. Not concrete
Is this an upload? Im certain ive reacted to this weeks ago?
I think he split this up into separate videos, but now seems to have put out the whole thing.
@@donaldb1 Yeah. Thought so. I remember parts in it from before.
Re-Upload?
The idea that we might be living in a simulation is what connects Descartes to The Matrix films.
The "egg tower" is known as The Gherkin...I think
She’s a comedin she’s making jokes in this pool is like snooker it’s are dry sence of humour xx

It's all a joke, yes, but Philomena sometimes hits us with philosophical questions, and it's okay to question yourself. xD
In a dream when you realise you are dreaming you can do anything, you can fly and make anything you want happen.

The Shard is amazing they have 3 different bars, and resturants,
Yeah Connor. I've punched you in my dreams many times. 😂
I used to know i was dreaming inside the dream and used to be able to wake myself up if i was having a knightmare not anymore but a long time ago
@Connor, What you are experiencing in your dreams is known as "Lucid dreaming". There is a technique to teach yourself how to do this and, supposedly, allows you freedom to direct your dreams.
The technique was invented by Lucid in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
Connor, do try to see some episodes of 'The New Statesman', starring the late lamented Rik Mayall and the equally late lamented John Sessions.
When the interviewee tries to be funny, Diane Morgan turns serious.

The older solid copper 1p and 2p coins are worth more than the newer copper plated steel 1p and 2p coins because of the value of copper.

Portland stone not concrete ! !!!!!!!
Philosophy is not your thing, is it? :o)
You need to watch the great game of snooker and its not a card game it's a better pool game 😊
Yo Connor, mention me on your next video, and I'll give you 57p.
