I think you should add a feature that makes students randomly leave their classrooms and go to the bathroom or to drink water. That would make the game feel less mechanical and more humanized.

I love how the students seem more alive now! Talking with each other before lunch gives the game more of an active, alive environment, unlike the dead, simulated, straight line that was the background characters before.

When you gossip about osana to Raibaru she says "Ugh..I can't get along with people like that" like all the other students. But maybe since they're best friends she should say something like "Thats not true, don't spread lies!" Instead?

Maybe new endings could be nice:
1:Pacifist Ending:Befriend all rivals.
2:Massacre Ending:Kill all rivals.
3:Demonic Ending:Kill all rivals with the ritual knife.
4:"Love is for fools" Ending:Flawlessly kill all rivals.The true and hardest ending.
There should be an exclusive cleverness bonus for Raibaru. To be clearer, when you stealthily kill Osana while Raibaru was distracted, she should be able to remind herself you were the only one remaining in the class so It is mathematically only Ayano that might have killed Osana. And, as a result, she would warm the police, detective club, and the last rival about the fact that Ayano might be a threat. Then It would drastically make murders harder throughout the whole game
A way of lowering Amai's reputation could be by sabotaging the cupcakes at the bake sale?

Self awareness? Yandere Simulator's history has been filled with Dev happily taking criticism and making amends accordingly. One only has to pay attention to his videos. Don't make him out to be like some sort of braindead robot. This is nothing new. This is an unwarranted comment. The claim that Yandere Dev can't take criticism is just categorically untrue.
He's been self aware for a long time now, check his Reddit account, he talks with his fans and takes a lot of feedback from them.
I tried it out this is an amazing feature and I don't mind how long the game making takes you have worked so hard as long as everyone else helping!

A suggestion: When the player goes by two students talking when following Osana, they will finish their conversation and get a drink or use the toilet. Maybe if they finish their matters, they will join another group that is having an conversation. This would make the game a little bit more difficult and in the process make it more like a finished game
I hope people aren't so annoyed at wait times or drama that they miss just how great this channel is as an in-depth look at the game-dev process
Idea: if raiburu broke your bone (or going to) in front of a student council member- the student council member will pepper spray (or restrain) Raiburu. But only the student council member see her attack you, if the member only see you attack her, she will pepper spray (restrain) you. If she sees both, the student council member will do nothing. So this will be more realistic cause the student council member not only cares about Ayano, and other students. Like it pepper spray a delinquent, or anyone attracting people for no logical reason. (No offense)

Maybe for a Scripted Event, Amai is preparing a full course meal for Senpai for him to review her baking skills. While she's in the Cooking Club, she will be scrubbing and cleaning out the Oven so that it won't be messy when dishing up her food. Exactly when she is scrubbing out the oven, Yan-Chan will sneak up behind her, and shove her inside the oven. Turn on the oven, and listen to her screams while she begs for help. It's a sadistic kill and a bit over the top, but also just an idea.

Yasss.... Now the school is getting more lively and realistic.
I have a small list of small ideas that you could add, they wouldn't be as much of a hassle as my last idea on another video about the Sonomi girl, just small mechanics to add:
+ Maybe you could sabotage pastries at the bake sale to lower Amai's rep?
+ You could pour a bit of red paint on the ground to get a student to run to a teach, thinking it's blood. This could create a good window of time, not a perfectly timed moment. If it had to be perfectly timed all the time, it'd be the same rinse and repeat type of elimination.
+ Maybe if you fail an attempt to kill Osana, she could be more alert? Sticking to more crowded spaces and refusing to investigate distractions.
+ If you eliminate Osana not peacefully, with Raibaru alive, she could get so devastated by the loss of her best friend, and know it was a murder, she could vow to stick around more students and could jump to protect any student if need be, just to avenge Osana in a sense.
+ If multiple deaths occur at school, maybe rivals and students will be more careful. Investigating noises in duos/groups, joining clubs just to have people around them at all times, checking food for poison (they'd still be poisonable, but maybe you could add a feature of seasoning, so you'd have to use the seasoning to be undetectable.), and closing bathroom doors behind them/shower room doors behind them.
+ In weeks beyond Amai's, and possibly past Kokona's (I believe the week three rival is Kokona, if not, I know she's in the drama club), if a member of the club dies/aka the rival dies, rather than disbanding, they recruit a new student. And in weeks beyond that, club presidents and vice presidents are a lot more alert, and would ask club members to travel in duos.

Fucking finally. Took you long enough after *months* of people telling you she was awful
O maior problema da primeira rival é que ela começa sendo um alvo muito difícil, algo que é contrario do modo da mãe de Ayano, no qual a dificuldade em eliminar a rival vai aumentando conforme as semanas. Foi algo bem prepotente e de certa forma um pouco burro colocar a Raibaru para ser um guarda costas ambulante, até porque nem todo mundo que futuramente vai jogar yandere simulator em sua fase final acompanhou seu desenvolvimento e mecânicas de jogo, o que torna o jogo bem difícil de se adaptar para alguém que é principiante. E nem me venha citar o tutorial do clube de teatro no começo do jogo, porque apesar de ser bem explicativo ele é muito longo e é muito raro algum iniciante querer perder muito tempo em um tutorial. O jogo tinha tudo para ter uma mecânica completa mas simples de entender. De alguma forma tudo parece tão certo mas tão desleixado, é como aquela bagunça arrumada que todo mundo tem no próprio quarto que só nós mesmos entendemos (e com “nós” me refiro a comunidade de yandere) sei que ninguém vai ler isso pois o video é antigo e meu texto é muito longo mas eu tinha que achar algum lugar para depositar essa frustração.

Maybe an idea is that when you befriend someone, they will pay attention to you when you pass by, and say hi or start a conversation, and to get out of the conversation, you have to do a type of mini game like with the sparring. And they may come looking for you to talk to you sometimes, which makes it a downside of befriending in yan sim. Same with enemies for example, they may pay attention to you, start gossiping about you, etc. This way the player will have downsides to making friends and enemies.

Yup. Ma man getting his own story since the start.
Yeah, I'm so happy to see that he's actually doing some big changes and listening to criticism. I really hope he continues like this, I'd really like to see this game get the success it deserves. The only thing that really needs improving are his teamwork skills. I'd really like if he just accepted that he can't do this whole thing by himself and just let other people help him, but if he wants to do if by himself, it's his decision.
@@qwertydavid8070,I think the reason he does this by himself is probably because he tried making a game before,asked someone to help him out and the person stole his progress?
@@kai-iv7ws man, if someone stole his progress then that’s sad.. maybe he got trust issues if that happened.
The only thing I don't like about this is that I now have to learn everyone's new routines if I need to talk to them 😭😭

In all honesty just take a photo of everyone during the start of the day
ik how it feals but here if it helps, take a photo of every student and try to do as many tasks as posible(so if they are in your way you can get rid of them easy) also if the student council (prob smelled that wrong) are a problem make info-chan sent them home (by buying that thing where you can sent a student home) at least thats what i did(sorry if there are any spelling misates im not the best at english)
