Honestly, these might be one of my favorite video styles I've done in awhile. It lets me feature a lot of community members at once, let's everyone see each other's failures and heroic moments. Losing is fun, and just a part of the game. And man, it is really fun to watch lol.
Yeah it's very very fun to watch! That ending was amazing, poor nukie. But I can't even imagine if he was there to see the whole fcking crew rushing at the bomb LMAO
One of the biggest issues was most of our nukie crew had antag roles turned off and didn’t want to be there (myself the agent included). Everyone had fun though so it was worth it.
I was the clown with the pratice laser rifle. I thought it was real. 😭 I was also the moth who disarmed the bomb. I went into a syndicate survivor victim role
For some reason the “Not sigma” from the skeleton said from you was the funniest part of this video, actually let out a snort and smiles all the way with the image in my head.
awesome! honestly spectating rounds is pretty fun. Last time, i watched a scientist make 3 anomalies and all of them went super critical, one in medbay destroying a bunch of chemicals. It's nice hearing your commentary as well, cause i'm not quite 100% of how everything works yet. I've been enjoying your longer form full round videos as well- keep it up!
Honestly in my experience an opinion Crey is an amazing HoS whos does good rp an even treats antagonists an troublemakers in a fair and reasonable way. Any sec shift I have with him is the best shift I'd have day... an pieing his sec staff as mime never gets old 😅
The Canyon of Composure here, this is the same round that the clown gave the mime a viking funeral when they went comatose. It was a fun round even before the nukies.
This reminds me of a recent time when lube put me at risk of death. There was a black hole anomaly in a dorm room and when i got there with the ape i ran into lube and lost grip of the ape. Then i realized i couldn't leave the room because the lube would trip me and the black hole would suck me away from the door. I ended up having to sos on raido to get help
what i find sad and strange that people call the evac shuttle when nukies are there, like i had a warop round where rd just called evac when we arrived its just a pain dealing with a called evac
Why call shuttle call for ert. The last thing you want to give the nukies is time to kill everyone on board. When I play the admins will usually give a 10-15 minute wait time on the ert team, this ensures those nukies have to arm their bomb soon or they'll be fighting people better equipped than them. Nukie rounds are best when they don't drag out because the nukies wanna murderbone.
Wouldn't it have been faster to just use the fire-axe on their shuttle to breach the locker room, then the office and THEN C-4 directly into the armory? blowing down two R-walls seems pretty slow for a first strike..
Axe will break throw wall very long time. Breaking window will be very noticeably. They should use multi tool and 2 remote controllers for insta blowing the c4
captain not knowing his epipen stops bleeding is brainrot. Warden not looting the cap to secure disk is brainrot. There was one crew member and the skeleton who knew you could wield guns, most used them one handed. These guys lost to two competent people (Canyon of Stunmeta, and random skeleton). This happened because they very crearly exteremely inexperienced nukies (newkie bug, hello) but people will see this shit and demand crew guns/armor be nerfed, or aks for nukie buffs. I played a game on leviathan yesterday where I killed 3 nukies with one kammerer mag and a knife. The agent had 2 jugs of shit meds, no kits and no stimss. He gave most of his credits to a guy who ran jug with eshield esword, said guy slipped on lube and got cuffed. This is the shit nukie rounds devolve into. It's kinda sad honestly, the gamemode itself is very fun.
In the heat of combat people have a hard time thinking, is what they did suboptimal, yes, did they do what they could, also yes. Keep in mind this is an rp game not an fps strategically optimal actions are not required.
@@andrewgreeb916 the issue is that bad nukies making strategically suboptimal decisions regurarly result in the crew being nerfed. With the current trajectory of back to back crew nerfs we will eventually reach a point where the cre become npcs for the nukies to kill. Not much rp to be had in dying
@@Torma25 I thought the idea was that the nukies have many advantages, but they should not necessarily just win without the crew fighting back hard. The issue is the variety of game modes makes balancing the crew tools difficult. An overpowered makeshift shotgun is good for nukie rounds but horrendous for revolutionary rounds.
@@andrewgreeb916 so far the anti nukie strat nerfs were: clf3 nerf, nadebag nerf, IED nerf, cap sword nerf, suit slot nerf, beanbag nerf, spear/arrow reagent transfer nerf coupled with the chloral hydrate and pax nerfs, space epipen removal, the significant spacing damage increase and (at least imo) the most disgusting crew nerf, the china lake nerf, making it so nukies could basically never kill a teammate with a lake, while oneshotting any crew (except rd) and spacing the area. I could probably go on too. My point is, most (if not all) of these nerfs primarily affect crew going up against significantly better armed opponents (aka, nukies). You rarely (if ever) fight sec by spacing large areas or with clf3 bombs. It feels like the devs want the only nukie counter to be security killing them, which is an impossible standart given how a) really robust player rarely play regular secoff b)sec gear is dogshit compared to what nukies get. Yes, nukie rounds should be asymmetrical, but by now the vast majority of crew is at best a liability in a gunfight.

This was so funny, the clown, diona and the slipping xD
I love this types of videos x)
11:27 "We tried to tell you about the slips bro". "We told you dog"
"IT KEEPS HAPPENING!"
Definitely a situation of "That kind of hellhole wouldn't have been there if they did have noslips"
That ending is possibly one of the funniest I've seen on SS14
that poor, poor, reinforcement. Doomed to die by a slippery green liquid. lol
THE CREW WANTS BLOOD
"THIS IS OUR STATION"

Fun's what matters most. It looked like a fun fight, and getting antag without having it turned on is really weird.

A rather funny turnaround, all things considered.
Honestly funnier this way.
that was the most in character thing for clown to do during nukies, funny as shit
Most competent nukie team gets disk immediately, doesn’t plant and dies from attrition
my brain melted when they didnt just plant sec after immediately getting disk.
For some reason the “Not sigma” from the skeleton said from you was the funniest part of this video, actually let out a snort and smiles all the way with the image in my head.
the last nukie is just plain sadness.
This is hell.

RATTLE RATTLE!
Ack! Ack!
Honk
sure skeletonised those nukies
That last nukie... Always buy noslips or magboots, please!!!
It was an reinforcement, they dont get any tc.

11:00 it’s not valid hunting if the crew turns into a militia lmao
Fun fact if you drop space lube inbetween the cars on train you can trap somone in there indefinitely until somone mops it

RATTLE EM BOYS!
Damn, that skeleton, MVP.
the skelly went fucking nuts ACK ACK!

You did a wonderful job!

I wish there'd been time for a "rattle em boys" there near the end.
Wow, what a round!
what i find sad and strange that people call the evac shuttle when nukies are there, like i had a warop round where rd just called evac when we arrived its just a pain dealing with a called evac
i just ahelp it, if nukies aren't stalling, calling evac is lame.
imo At least with warops comms should be jammed preventing evac or ERT from being called for a solid chunk of the round

Call ert, put those nukies on a time crunch
How/who can call ERT?
imagine being new and not understanding what the fuck is going on... God damn.. I pity those who had to endure me being in command as a "new" player.
Honestly part of the reason I like doing nukie commentating is to try to explain the chaos as good as possible
That lube situation was tragic, o7
never forget the clowns who fought and fell 😔😔
First time in my whole life a nukie never bought no slips

Yes, they cannot use guns and if they try to climb tables they will stun and hurt themselves.
