About the coffee you are absolutely right, beans are the soul of a good cup of coffee. In Brazil we are very lucky because top notch beans are kind of cheap here, you can also have fresh roasted beans every week. I found this kind of stuff harder to find in US, sometimes you find awesome beans, but they are old.
