For the future reader wanting to know how to remove just the grille: once you’ve taken the top three grille screws out, carefully pull the top edge towards you and looking down at the inside lower edge you’ll see a couple of plastic tabs - one in each lower corner - that can easily be undone with a right angle pick tool or similar and it will pop off with hardly any effort at all. Or, just rip it clean off with both hands and break every clip on it.

great video thanks for sharing, did you damage the old grill clips in removing, as looks like you had to remove and replace when you painted the old one? as i need to remove mine and put the same one back on. to get to the 360 camera.
