    I know this may be tmi, but is there any reason to why one might get this only on nights with masterbation? All of a sudden. And it really makes it hard to sleep

      Definitely something more going on. Everyone jerks off and most people don't have that issue. Try 400mg Magnesium Glycinate 1 hour before bed. Pro biotic yogurt. Breathing yoga. Eat organic. No meat before bed. Did it start after anti-biotics? If so and you take them again, your problem will be way worst.
