You have described Wrights test and not Adsons test. In Adson, turn the extended neck towards the affected side !

According to modified adson's test neck is turned towards the opposite side

i want to ask something that anatomical defects i.e extra rib can also cause thoracic outlet syndrome.
So, since defect must be in a person by birth only. so whether there will be any kind of symptoms or problems arise from birth only.
please tell me

The symptoms becomes worse as they grow and start working
