- Ice cream has been a favorite dessert for a long time. People have been making ice cream far longer than the invention of electricity. Here's an example of it. I don't like whenever they touch food especially icecream or juice. It's fine if it's hot snack because it's going to get cooked at high temperature anyway but this is not the case with ice cream or juice.
unfortunately hygiene is not given much attention.....whoever is okay with that ofc will eat, but not for me.....good to see the process however

The process of how they make ice cream is totally amazing. hygiene is very important especially to people who will eat the food. this is what you call Dirty ice cream literally
There is a reason so many people die from GI issues in India. Filthy conditions, using their hands, unwashed, etc. is most of it. They don't care about contaminants either.
wow... The making process is quite hard... To make this kulfi needed " hatta katta noujawan"... constantly stirring is not easy...🔥💥

I accummulate what I watch for the time when I may need to keep active and earn my keeps. Haha
I have had a chance to taste this kulfi and it is far far more delicious than any other ice cream.Not sure why, maybe due to the hard word involved.
It can be automated, horizontal freezing units can be made using leg power but the interesting bit is there is a free show to attract customers.
I respect their work but pls tell them to use handglove instead of using bare hands on food products....

There's no need to handturn the entire thing. Attach a small electric motor with gear reduction box to it.
@@chetankolhe101 you've no idea what's you're talking about. Ice-cream is inside, not outside. The ice outside keep melting by time so actually it becomes easier and easier.
@@chetankolhe101 i will not argue with you anymore but watch at 5:25 . The handle is not attached to anything like a stirrer inside. Hence hardening of ice cream doesn't affect the speed. Maybe your hand gets tired and it feels harder. Bye take care.

I used to make this icecream in home...We had a smaller unit of this ice making machine.....It used to take 30 - 40 minutes to get fluffy icecream....
Human being did inventions to save time and energy and from business perspective as well think how much amount and different flavours of ice you can make in 4 hours in machines.
