I totally agree with you. It's definitely therapy and a experience to be had. I appreciate you checking out the content and for the positive vibes! Stay tuned!
Man thats good to hear, I have heard mostly great things about these boats. I'm looking forward to putting it to the test for many years. Thanks for checking out the video.
Thanks man, appreciate it...thats the plan time to explore more water and catch more fish once this break-in period is over because like you say "Cant catch them at the house on the couch"!!!
@@SteveChenFishing Glad your getting a boat too. Just opens up new waters during colder months and allows for me to brings friends or family, bit I'm definitely going to still kayak in warmer months. I think 12 to 14ft boats are the perfect size to maneuver and have stability.
Actually haven't been out with two people yet, only three. I got about 16mph with 3 ppl and alot of gear and around 26mph with just me and a little gear and me so with 2 people I'm expecting around 20-22mph. Hope that helps. Will have future speed test videos coming soon.
How long is the total package on that whole set up? I like it but don’t know if it will fit in my garage. Is there enough room to install a swing tongue on trailer?
The total rig measure just under 19ft at 18ft 10 inches. My garage from the wall to door to allow it to close it 19ft. I have to slightly turn the tongue at an angle to fit in my garage with the motor tilted up. It fits by 2 inches or so roughly. You could put a swing trailer but it wasn't necessary for me, that was my plan B if it didn't fit. I literally have the floor marked with tape so I can set the wheels on the tape to fit it perfectly every time.
I like my flat because I can get really shallow with it, but when it's a but rough the mod v would be better to cut through the waves but the 1448 is super sturdy, I have had 3 people on it and never felt uneasy. It's really a preference thing. But that flat bottom allows me to run over any branches or items I see or don't see on the lake without compromising my stability.
Hey Bro , I just Subbed your channel , I heard about this place in some other videos, but I learned a lot more about them in your vid, And I really like your choice in size, I already have a 12' plastic boat that has served me for many years now, But it's old and showing age, so it's time to upgrade and this brand looks good to me, Good luck and enjoy your rig Buddy !!! PS. where can I find that therapy hat Bro ???
Thanks for the sub, greatly appreciated. And yeah man they are great people, very insightful detailed and professional. If you are trying to upgrade they are the best option in my humble opinion. I looked around for while before finding them. And yeah man my hat was made by my wife for my birthday. I'm working on adding them to the merch website. Check it out. fishingistherapy.myspreadshop.com/all
Depends on your package. I pay 10k all included with motor and custom layout. The boats are listed on their website. They also have an Instagram that shows layouts and pricing that will help you out. Overall, they are the best boat/fishing related family owned company I have encountered.
Congratulations. Great boat, to me a boat and time on the water to unwind is a true blessing. Be safe and God bless
